“ Friendliest place I've ever stayed ! The owner sat and had a glass of wine and gave us some Bergamish cheese as we were checking in. We were central , close to everything in the old town. The owner booked us a restaurant and taxi. We had the use of the kitchen and living room. So homely . Will definitely return. ”

Great B&B, friendly and helpful owners, fresh and tasty breakfasts in typical italian kitchen, large ensuite rooms, beautifully decorated, ideal location 5 mins from main piazza. Perfecto!

Arranged a lift from airport with hotel owner - very friendly and meant we could get in to the room very early. Beautiful old building - lively location in the historical centre of bergamo. Within walking distance of all the important sites in the old town and funicular for bergamo basso. Rooms massive and well presented, bathrooms too! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast good with platter of fresh fruit, hot drinks, meat and cheeses, yoghurts and bread.

The welcome was very lovely and the owner was kind in making good recommendations for places to eat on two very rainy evenings. The rooms with ceiling frescoes are high and very appealing. The breakfasts were a refreshing surprise with salad plates presented along with cereal and fresh fruit.

Beautiful,old town of Bergamo.If you like history,beautiful churches,small restaurants,quiet and small roads made of stones,almost no cars.But also new city closeby with shopping..this is the place.The guesthouse is so perfect with its charme,perfect breakfast,wonderful owners,big beds,good sleep,clean and charming.Five minutes walk to everything in this little,wonderful,quiet place in Italy.I will be back....

the owners were helpful and allowed us to check in before our time. they brought us to the train station in the morning. breakfast was served at our chosen time and the facility was clean and comfortable. location was perfect in the beautiful old town of Bergamo. The owner had previously offered to collect us at the airport but cancelled at the last minute by text when were were in the airport waiting for him. we had to get a taxi instead.

The old town of Bergamo is full of character and well worth a visit. The Alba Citta Alta is in the heart of the old town and is a great place to stay. The owner is very friendly and you will receive a warm welcome. You only have to open the shutters of your room and you are soaked in the atmosphere of Bergamo with buskers, shoppers, locals and tourists passing by. Whereas it is a beautiful property and the rooms are very comfortable, air conditioning is necessary in Italy in Summer.

Location & Decor. The staff member had no english. There was a feeling of being hurryed up on arrival. Phone number on the front of the accomadation was incorrect.

We had a fantastic stay! Very friedly and serviceminded staff and owners, delightful breakfast, the best possible location, and the experience of "Old Italy". This is not a luxury-hotel but it has "the best" of charm. WIFI in the appartment. We will come back!

A lovely BB situated in the most convenient part of the Upper City. Close to the airport bus and both 'funiculares'. Some very nice restaurants situated close by to suit all tastes.

Aivan loistava palvelu ja sijainti vanhan kaupungin keskellä. Todella upea aamiainen. Nopea WiFi. Isäntäväki hoiti lentokenttäkuljetukset pientä korvausta vastaan. Saimme myös suosituksia lähistön hyviin ravintoloihin ja nähtävyyksiin. Osa henkilökunnasta puhui vain Italiaa, mutta se ei juuri haitannut.

położenie, obsługa, kameralność oryginalny włoski design wnętrz. Poza tym położenie w samym centrum a jednocześnie w pokojach od podwórza cicho i bez miejskiego gwaru. Blisko wszędzie - i do centrum starego miasta i do przystanków autobusowego i kolejki.
