Very good location nearby the train station and the main attractions, spacious room for a very moderate price.

An awful noise from the street all the day/night long. Absence of manager at the time of check-out: we haven't been able to leave our luggage before departing and had to pay 5 euros at the railway station for luggage storing.

The room was so beautiful and fully equipped. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are clean and nice designed. Breakfast is included and there is a fridge and microwave oven for you to use. The hotel is located very near the central station and market is in walking distance.

The hotel is on the first floor so you have to drag your luggage up. The staff is based somewhere so they are only there at some certain time of the day, if you leave early or come back late, you have to manage on your own.

1. we waited for Maggy for a half hour at the door when we arrived there. 2. it is hard to find the guesthouse. 3. İmagine a room in which you can hear all noises at the street. 4.breakfast is really poor. 5. There are only two toilets with bathroom for all rooms.

Checking in -- Marco was friendly and helpful with advice about shopping and restaurant recommendations. Free maps of Florence available. Free, high-speed internet. Room was clean. Shower was GREAT!

1. Misleading on the ad on booking.com as guesthouse instead of B&B in reality. Photos on website make look nice, but real condition much worse; 2. over-priced for a B&B; 3. location is bad, very noise, located in between the rail way and the busy road, and far from the city centre; 4. breakfast is snacks and simple bread! dreadful! 5. no Wifi access at all, although the owner supplied a user name, but we never got connected the whole night; 6. credit card payment got rejected on the hotel machine, which caused much inconveniece to push up to get cash.

Thanks to the good service,I really had a good time in Florence. They treated me like we are a family. I want to say thank you again. Hope I had another chance to visit Florence.

The rooms were decorated nicely. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly.

The location was a bit of a walk to the center of Florence. The rooms were a little noisy.

It was close to the train station and only a short walk into the main attractions, the room was quite large and comfy bed, the bathroom is shared but it is a good shower.

Jonathan, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, comfortable and a short walk from Florence station and the centre of town. Both bathrooms were very clean and well-appointed and the air-conditioning worked very well in the hot Florence summer.

Staff extremely helpful and took the time to show us a map of all the places we may like to visit. Room and bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was a self servive and the road outside was quite noisy but would not put me off staying there again. Short walk from the train station.

- Está cerca de la estación del tren y llegas a todas partes. - Disponer de nevera y microondas.

- Las ventanas no están insonorizadas y se escucha el ruido de los coches. - Poca limpieza. No te hacen las camas a diario. - El desayuno te lo haces tú mismo con lo que te dejan en la habitación. Y tal como dejas la mesa te la encuentras. Te reponen lo mínimo.

Il b&b si affaccia su una strada parecchio trafficata, del resto è vicino alla stazione: anche io che ho il sonno molto (ma davvero molto) pesante, mi sono svegliata più volte durante la notte causa automobili, lava strade e gente urlante (ubriachi?). Non è il posto che fa per voi (e nemmeno per me) se volete svegliarvi riposati il giorno seguente.

La ubicacion, cerca de la estacion, a unos 10 minutos caminando. El personal muy amable. Habitaciones comodas. Baños limpios. En general muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

Se olvidaron de poner el desayuno a partir del segundo dia.
