The location was good It was NOT a 3 star hotel, but a three room third floor apartment with no resident staff. It was cold, noisy and hard to find, with no outside sign to inform us that the "hotel" was there.There was no lift just six flights of stairs. The bathroom was a disgrace. The manager would not accept our choice to leave the hotel without losing all our money because he said it was not a proper hotel and could not accept a cancelled booking for whatever reason. |

la ubicacion del hotel es excelente y las habitaciones son comodas. el B&B esta en un 5º piso sin ascensor. cuando uno va con maletas pesada, es dificil llegar arriba. |

La mancanza di bagno personale e' stata comunicata solo all'arrivo. Lo sconto proposto, in riparazione di cio', era esiguo.
