good location，the staff is very nice and give us a lot of fruit.this hotel is very comfortable.
Very friendly staff who ended up doing our washing as we had trouble finding public laundry that actually works around Firence. The guy made the stay very pleasant for us.
The location was a bit out of the main touristic area so we ended up walking a lot from the hotel. but it was quiet and not noisy at night so can not complain there.
Everything. We were welcomed by Elvis outside the hotel as I had replied to his email that we would be in at 3 and he waited outside to greet us. His map and ideas about where to visit were so helpful. The place was big, spacious and clean. Location 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the main site were ideal.
Nothing on guesthouse as it was perfect. Suggestion if you are only in Florence for a few days book tickets to the main sites online a number of days before.
Historic apartment, helpfull staff, comfortable bed.
Nice, friendly host. Clean, comfortable rooms which are quite spacious and come with great air con and excellent wifi. We loved the free fruit and juice. The shared bathrooms were always vacant when we needed them.
It's about a 15 minute walk from city centre but it's ok as we like to walk. The rooms are quite dated but it's not a problem for us.
This guesthouse is a very cozy place to stay. Near to the railway and easy to find parking spaces. Our room was spacious, very clean and even had a balcony. The host was very helpful and kind, even surprised us with a fruit bowl - good thing after a busy tourist day at crowded Florence! Given the very reasonable price of the guesthouse, I recommend it for everybody who's searching for a good value for money.
I have no complaint at all.
Room basic and clean. Wifi worked fine. Owner really helpful and supplied lovely fresh fruit for breakfast and tea.
We counted 15 lanes of traffic outside window. Noise never stops regardless of time of night. Luckily had earplugs. You share 2 bathrooms so sometimes a bit of a queue but no problem for us.
Good location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. The host is very nice, even did our laundry for free.
Everything was perfect, the host is the nicest guy, very friendly and helpful! We confirm the information about big basket of fruits that he delivers every day to each room ;) We definitely recomend Guesthouse Sayuri.
street noises little bit disturbing
Price Proximity to train station Clean, quite (shared bathroom not a problem) Free fruit
Difficult to locate (take a cab...don't try to walk there from train station the first time you go there) 20 min.walk from city center
Had a lovely stay. The host was very friendly, made us feel at home and gave us lots of information on the city. The place was very clean and our room was cleaned every day. There was a lovely fruit basket and juice in our bedroom when we returned from a tiring day in the city which was a great surprise :) The location was good, close to train station but a fair walk to decent restaurants.
It was a little noisy, could hear people opening and closing doors through the night and when it was full there was a lot of us sharing just 2 bathrooms but they were kept very clean regardless.
This is one of our best stays in Italy ! Friendly hoster and comfortable room ! Will definitely come back !
staff very friendly and the room was cleaned every day. very good stay
a bit far from main attractions but still acceptable since Florence is small.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Guesthouse Sayuri. The location is nice - in a quieter part of town but a ten or fifteen minute walk from the train station and maybe twenty minutes to the Duomo and or the waterfront. Elvis is a very welcoming host who will sit down with you with a map and show you all the points of interest as soon as you arrive to Florence. He's very easy to talk to and maintains a very clean place with all these personal touches that help to make it feel like a home away from home. The guesthouse feels more like a flat than a hotel, which I loved. Thanks so much, Elvis, and best of luck in the future!
This is perhaps the best accommodation we have ever had throughout our 4 days 3 nights in Firenze. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet area in Firenze, about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze S.M.N. There is a supermarket nearby opening 0730-2030. We have the best sleeping quality here. As the guesthouse does not have a obvious sign, it is a bit difficult to find initially. Feeling confused on the street, the host Eruis suddenly appeared behind us and called our name. This is surprising. Eruis is a kind person. Initially he indicates with his records that there are quite a number of hong kong ppl living here. The sitting room is luxurious. For our room it is a bit old but it has all the things we need. The most surprising thing is that we were offered free coffee and a refreshed big fruit basket every day. This is totally amazing. We will definitely find him again if we visit Firenze.
Amazing service, good location: 5 mins from train station & 10 mins from the historical centr, fully satisfied with accomondation
The host is extremely friendly and hospitable; the room is clean and facilities are convenient; good location, near the train station
Nothing to complain
1) Great stuff. Erviz gave us a city map, answered all questions and was very friendly. 2) Each day we were provided with fresh fruits and juice as a gift 3) Good location. 10 mins to the station by foot. 4) Free and fast wi-fi 5) Relatively cheap 6) Clean room and common areas. Room was cleaned every day. 7) 2 restrooms per 4 rooms.
1) It was pretty noisy in the room even with closed window and shutters 2) Only one shower per 4 rooms 3) Furniture were rather old, and there were no suitable table in the room.
the host is very kind.He provided us with travelling tips in Florence, and always ready to help us. It's not far from the train station, and really good value of money.
We really appreciated the map Sayuri drew for us, which included the best sights to see in Florence how to get to them. We also loved the fruit and juice left for us in the room, and the powerful air conditioning.
The location was a little far from the city center, but for the price and what you get it is well worth a little bit longer walk to the sights.
Friendly value for money B&B.Spotless clean.Would definitely use again.
The hostal was nice, clean, very pleasant ambient. The manager explained all the touristic places in the city and also showed us good places to prove Italian food and Gelato. He was really kind letting us leave the luggage in the hostel until our bus to Pisa. We recommend to all travelers.
the owner was really friendly, already waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us a map of the city and some good tips on where to go. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious with free wifi. There was a tea&coffee tray in the room and on our second day we found lovely fruit bowl in our room, which was really nice touch.
