Very conveniently situated near the bus station for Venice. Good bed, clean, staff nice and helpful, good breakfast. Available parking. The bathroom was very cold and damp, it was impossible to get the right temperature of water from the shower. |

Check in is too early. If you miss the check in you are lost. The hotel is difficult to find. Parking is far away. |

Staff was very welcoming, and the room was pretty big. There was a fairly large shower. The staff pointed us to the main attraction of Venice very accurately. No elevator. |

Friendly personnel and near to a bus stop, that take 10 minutes to venice The hotel room was to small, so small, that the king size bed was just 20 cm away from the wall. We can hardly move. The bathroom was also very tiny. Stay in this hotel only as a last resource |

Friendly and good English speaker reception. They handle special request very flexible. Quiet, clean room and relax garden. A little far away from Venezia. |

Location was very close to bus stop. Easy commuting into Venice. Hotel was extremely clean and room was very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent. Bus stop around the corner from hotel with a 15 minute ride to Venice. Great value for money. |

Even though our AAA tour book stated that "under no circumstance" should we stay in the Mastre portion of town due to the industrial sprawl, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful...breakfast was a decent spread of food...the bathroom even had a bidet, though it was extremely small...the location was within 10 minutes to the bus that takes you to Venice. Parking was in a secure area. |
