The owners and staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Very goood bed and linen. Single glass and very old windows meant outside noise was a bit load early in the morning. |

We had a room with a view over the sea which was excellent.The room was spacious and of modern design. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to walk a few yards down the road for breakfast - hardly a major inconvenience. |

helpful staff and the books in the lobby noisiness of sea view room, on first floor, but realise it is not the fault of the hotel. We had no idea that the road would be so noisy. |

Our room had sea view and was bright and airWe were not in the main building but this was not a problem as the building had a very nice roof deck the hotel is on a main streeet which isnoisy on weekdays but overall the benefite were far far greater than this one minor issue |

La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro ma fuori dalla confusione, vicinissima a parcheggi e servizi di trasporto. Il personale è stato molto cortese e nello stesso tempo molto professionale :bravissimi nell'indicarci i posti dove mangiare o fare shopping. La camera molto grande e pulita, funzionale ma anche con un tocco di design. La vista dalla camera era bellissima e romantica. Torneremo sicuramente per altri soggiorni perchè la città è splendida e la colazione dell'Hotel Gutkowski indimenticabile |

personeel kon redelijk engels het hotel bestaat uit twee panden naast elkaar. op de website staat het oude/mooie hotel en de verwachting wordt gewekt dat je daar verblijft terwijl je in het nieuwe deel slaapt |
