A good hotel. Nice roof terrace if not a little small and is missing a bar. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was charged 6 EUR for a coffee!! I went to the restaurant at 10am asking for just a coffee. As I hadn't booked breakfast I was told to either pay 17 EUR for breakfast or order a coffee through room service. I walked back to my room, ordered a coffee and when it arrived I was presented with a 4.5 EUR charge for someone to bring it from the restaurant up to the room when I was at the restaurant in the first place!! |

The hotel personal was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a pool in the hotel. It was nice to have the ice making machine to cool down the drinks. The room was a good size for 2 people and it was very clean. We have expected bigger pool and bar with the drinks near the pool. |

The hotel is very welcoming and beautifully designed. The front of house staff are superb and make everything very easy. Even the shuttle bus, which I see others have complained about, works and takes you in to the centre in 10 mins. A minor thing but it would be good if the bar/food at the bar was available during the day. If you don't go for breakfast the earliest you can get any food is 3pm. But it's not really a complaint. |

Interiors, staff politeness and willingness to help is excellent. Rastaurant was also not bad. Location is not ideal but that announced and expected, especially taking into accounts good connection by public transport and hotel shuttle bus. Private car to airport at the same price as taxi, moreover we were provided with mini van (Mercedes Viano) what was excellent as we hav bulky luggage. 1.No kettle or coffee machine in the room. So no way to prepare a food for small baby we have. 2.No bath robe and slippers. For 4-star hotel it is the first time in my experience. 3. Swimming pool opening hours from 10 am till 7 pm. If you are on a business trip - practically no chance to get there. |

clean and modern room and lobby, comfortable bed and great shower We did not like the location. It was not comfortable walking around the immediate area and we felt like we had to take taxis to come and go. Also, it would have been nice to have an option to have a small breakfast a la carte rather than only the full buffet for 17 euros. |

We liked the room and the hotel very much; the room has an interesting design, excellent bed, unique bathroom (we had a double shower bathroom that was quite interesting), excellent breakfast; the maid brought us some welcoming sweets and slippers; nice touch by the manager who personally signs the welcome letter; no balcony though. Cable tv was quite lame (about 10 channels); the staff could be trained to speak better English; the check-in could be earlier (3 pm is quite late); didn't understand why they needed a copy of the credit card (the phrase "it's for the extras" was quite lame). |

Really nice hotel i would deffinatly recomend it. It was set away from the main city centre but it was easy to reach from the airport. The room was of very high quality and we had a great time there. Walls were thin it was all to easy to hear what was going on outside and nextdoor |

The staff were great and very helpful. The shuttle bus 4 times a day did a big favour for us specially financially wise. It is a bit away from the downtown but everything was around and accesable. The breakfast needed to be improved. The only 1 thing we have against the hotel is its location away a bit from the town but the shuttle bus did the job. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Stylish hotel, with a comfortable, good sized room. Varied breakfast. Courtesy bus useful. Be clear to state that it's in the suburbs, in a residential area and that there are few restaurants nearby. The walk to the station at Trastevere is about 20 minutes, although there are buses before the station. |

friendly helpful people. Smart clean and quiet hotel Problems with heating in the room. Breakfast not ready at 7am on Sunday, so we had to leave with just coffee. The hotel is quite a long way from down town in a not especially attractive area. |

The waiter in the bar was very nice to me and serviceminded! Also some of the reception staff was nice and one staff member even offered me a ride to the airport in the early morning, which I really appreciated. Location very bad, too far from everything. View on construction site, very depressing environment. Hotelgym was closed, no welness facilities. When I wanted to leave hotel 1 day earlier because the gym was closed, they would not let me go without charging. They tries to advice me another gym in the area which I have to pay for! |

The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices. Some facilities are still in process of building, so sometimes technical problems have appeared, but were solved very fast. Not very nice view (just another buildings), but quiet. It takes about 15-20 min by foot to the nearest metro station (we usualy were walking to Basilica St.Paulo through Tevere river' bridge). |

Het hotel is volledig nieuw. Het is er heel erg netjes. Mooie, ruime kamer. Verzorgde badkamer. Uitgebreid, lekker ontbijt. Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen. De hotelbus rijdt niet zo vaak en de laatste rit vanuit de stad naar het hotel is reeds om 17 u. De taxi is heel erg duur. |
