We got this room 1 day before the arrival with 50% discount but even for 100% price the price/quality is excellent! The hotel is new and well equipped. Staff was very welcome and helpful (first time I was provided with WiFi code on check-in). I did not try its spa facilities but it looked quite popular. Parking is 12 euro only and a lot of space in the underground floor. Very nice hotel!!

Beautiful new hotel. Excellent value for money. We had an excellent stay. It's a little far away from the city centre however very close to transport or taxi service can be used. There is also a shuttle bus at the hotel. It's near a spare block of land which many people bring their dogs to run around on, I would reccommend getting a top floor room to avoid hearing the dogs playing/fighting. Also the bedroom doors slam very loudly if you don't hold it shut all the way.

The hotel is gorgeous - the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The lounge is very modern and clean. The breakfast was not good. The neighbourhood wasn't the nicest but it was not that bad

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was immaculate throughout. Hotel restaurant served the best value and quality food we found during our Rome trip. Handy shuttle service to the centre from the hotel. If you miss that the 170 bus is close by. We walked from the centre to the hotel by path along the Tiber river (about an hour) which provided some sanctuary from the otherwise busy and noisy city.

Modern, comfortable and convenient location for buses and 20 mins walk to train station Small swimming pool for refreshing dip after a hot day's sightseeing. Coutesy bus drops guests into the centre several times a day. No outdoor space to sit or enjoy a drink; bit of a waste ground in front of the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was also great that every person from the staff spoke English very well. The location is pretty good, you're 2-3 minutes away from a bus line that takes you to the city center (Piazza Venezia) and 10-15 minutes from subway station. You also have plenty of shops close-by, including a supermarket. The towels and sheets were kinda coarse and sometimes smelled a bit funny (sourish-like). They should start using fabric softener. The rooftop pool was kinda small and very crowded in the afternoon - I couldn't really find any place to relax there. The gym is quite small but good enough for a quick workout.

I love the decor and especially the friendly and accomodating staff. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing the best I had touring Italy. Fantastic that there was a pool to cool off in during the afternoon. The shuttle whould be more frequent especially in the morning. At least at 9h30, 10, 10h30, 11h There should be a last one leaving the hotel at least at 6p.m. and a last one coming back at least at 8p.m. The area is so-so. The side street should be cleaned up walking to the main street.

The staff was amazingly friendly especially Valentina at the front desk. Room was comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Hard to find a spot at the pool. Shuttle was difficult to take to the city when there are many people.

Very friendly staff and a good distance away from the traffic and noise of the city centre We had one problem with our room in which we lost a day before the hotel moved us to a new room on the same floor, it was more of an inconvience as we had unpacked after travelling around Italy for the previous 2 weeks and were looking forward to a relaxing stay to finish our holiday

The room and pool were lovely!! There was no pool bar so you had to take your own drinks when sunbathing or get the lift right down to the ground floor and buy one! The Hotel was also quite out of town and so buses/trains/taxis had to be used.
