The friendliness

Would have appreciated some more info about the area. A map? We were there on a Tuesday , which is the only day the regal residence is closed, which is the main draw.

This hotel is extremely good value for money. It is very well located. It is in walking distance to the palace which is a MUST SEE!!! Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was delicious and very well priced. Staff are wonderful. It is a GREAT hotel!!!

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is reasonable. Rooms are clean and even though it is in center of the town but you feel no disturbance at all.

Very good value for money.Excellent service by the receptionists. Brilliant location.

The room was noisy. Probably better in the summer when the a/c is on and windows closed!

Central position in Caserta

Bar, advised by reception at 20:00 the bar was closed - but think there was not one as I had looked for it before asking at reception.

The breakfast was very good ( unusual in Italy) and the location on the central square near the palace was perfect. Excellent value for your money.

This hotel is located in the center of the town, very close to The Reggia.

Breakfast was poor in terms of both speciality and availability to guests. Four stars for this hotel clearly overestimate its quality.

Great location, very close to the reggia while inside the city center. We got a superior room very clean and well furmished at a really good price. Staff very helpfull and efficent.

Madallena was especially helpful and patient. I had trouble with the internet codes and she went out of her way to fix the issue. Also, booking.com had sent her another printout that looked like I hadn't booked a rate with breakfast, and she let me forward my confirmation to fix the situation right away without a big issue. There was a gentleman who seemed like the manager the day I checked out. He was very personable and kind. He made a good impression of the hotel.

I would say that the breakfast could be a little more special if they want to be a 10 hotel on a scale from 1-10. In other words, maybe have one item that's a little above the norm to serve. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine.

The location is fantastic. Recommend a view of the harbour. Spa area is nice and rooftop pool has amazing views

The attitude and service of the hotel personnel was outstanding. Centrally located within easy walking distance to the Palace (4-5 blocks) as well as the shopping and restaurant sections of town. Difficult to drive in that part of Caserta due to one way streets and little signage. Hotel is across the street from a lovely little park. Breakfast is extensive and well worth it. Train and bus stations also 4-5 blocks away. Bus to the older part of town is ten (10) minutes away. A big shopping mall is out of town about a 15 minute ride in a taxi.

A bit difficult to find. Hotel doesn't have the "usual" flags hanging out in front of it, and few signs throughout town directing you to it. Many one way streets in this section of Caserta, adding to the challenge if you are arriving by car.

Right next to Caserta Palace. Extremely friendly. Excellent restaurant recommendation.

Comodo,tranquillo,centrale,gentili,ottima colazione completa anche di prodotti tipici .....un buon albergo ,bella la camera doppia familare.

Hotel posizionato in pieno centro di Caserta, ottimo per visitare la città. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Per la mia famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci sono state assegnate due grandi camere adiacenti con due bagni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
