the location in tte center;the design;the newly refurbished rooms unfortunately after only one year this new hotel suffers from the bad behaviour of its clients:the carpet was terribly stained.Inaddition there was no hot water on the sink.tv was fonctioning badly.more professionalism is needed |

The staff were all excellent, they spoke good English, the hotel was like an oasis in a City that has its environmental problems. If you are there on business it would be perfect. It is fairly close to the railway system for visits to Pompei etc! |

The hotel is very nice with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is not bad. The location is great in the sence that it is easy getting around by foot or by tram, which runs just outside the hotel. The hotel is located close to the Central Train Station. |

Very close to port for going to Capri. Most of staff spoke English and were able to help us with arrangements for transportation and sights. Meal service available for all three meals if needed. Very clean and modern. |

Nice, clean hotel with new design furntiture. Comfortable beds and a general high standard. The location is noisy, right next to the highway. Choose between noise and view over the sea and Vesuv, or a more quiet backyard room. The neighbourhood isn't particularly nice or well-suited for tourists, further west is better (closer to the seafront restaurants). |

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was squeaky clean. The breakfast was good and the gym etc was easily available Bed was too hard for my liking. A mattress topper woudl have been useful |

All very modern and very clean. Great breakfast and also very good dinner. Acess by foot (with luggage) coming from ferries along front is not good due to construction works/bad sidewalks.Perhaps hotel should advise pedestrian access route to be from city side. |

The style that the hotel was trying to convey was nice. Even-though, the room was of nice style... It was very small, and the quality of the bathroom fittings was not the best, especially the shower was poor quality. Very bad; have to pay for wi-fi! |

The hotel is a nice stylish modern design with comfortable rooms. Rates were very reasonable. The location is next to the port area (which is not the best) and there are very limited facilities (e.g. restaurants) nearby. The staff were efficient but not overly friendly. It looks like they are trying to position themselves as a businesss hotel, but most of the clients in the 3 days we were there were tourists. I think that they need to make their mind up which they are. |

There should be at least two comfortable chairs in a double room. |

The staff is excellent. At the front desk the staff spoke english and spanish, which is my primary language, and they were very patient in my efforts to speak italian. They were very helpfull in answering all my touristy questions.Mario, in particular, was excellent and does his job with a pleasant attitude. The breakfast room seems caotic at first but the menu available for breakfast is quite good. Hint: if you can speak a little italian you can get a fresh brew of cappuccino or expresso from the service staff in the breakfast room, just ask. The neighborhood, at first sight, seems a bit unnerving for those not used to urban environments but upon exploration it turns out to be quiet safe. The location of the hotel is excellent. |

The hotel was very clean, modern with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was in easy walking distance of the Ferry Port and Train Station. However the city of Napoli is very dirty and feels unsafe at night. |

I liked the looks of the hotel. It had a very appealing design and it looked very modern. The staff was nice and gave tips and directions in Napoli. The neighbourhood where the hotel was located was not a very good hotel by night. It didn't look safe. |

Nice hotel - great breakfast and clean rooms. Good facilities. Close to the port for ferries to the islands. The staff weren't great, not too helpful and the hotel isn't very near much - no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. |

Room and breakfast was very good - shame Napoli itself was a strange place! Closeness to boats for trips to Amalfi and Capri the min attraction. Would be one of the best Hotels in Naples for the purpose of seeing the bay and coast. Just the area it was in - yet no where in Naples would be good! A ice machine in the hotel would be good as very difficult to get cold drinks or get any drinks cold. |

New modern hotel with generally excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable room and clean. Excellent breakfast; breakfast staff very good under considerable pressure of numbers. Fast internet connection at a cost. Walking distance to the Old City centre; also near good bus routes. Would definitely use this hotel again. The ultra-modern bathroom looked good , but the taps were a nightmare to use. The TV was linked to a central computer system ( I think ) and was difficult to use, although it did have several English speaking channels. The hotel is situated in a run-down area of Naples which may not suit everyone. I know the city and it should not put you off, but may surprise you if you are a first timer! |

5 of us stayed at the hotel from the 14th - 19th August 2009 & I can honestly say everyone of us thought the hotel was superb! The staff were exceptionally courteous, always happy to answer questions or point us in the direction of a good restaurant, which they did on numerous occasions. Mario (reception) was especially helpful as we had a bit of an issue with our initial booking and he couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out for us.If you visit ask the staff to point you in the direction of the Trianon Pizzeria - this restaurant serves ONLY pizza, no salads/sides/starters etc - but believe me when I say they serve THE best pizza in all of Naples!! When we went the place was FULL of Neapolitans which speaks volumes!!! Yes, it's true, the hotel IS in a rather "dodgy" area but DON'T let that put you off staying at the H2C - it really is a great hotel. As long as you are aware of what you're doing and where you are you'll be fine! My friends and I walked home late every night and not once did we feel threatened! Oh, yes, whatever you do DON'T visit the "Sofi" restaurant down by the port/castle - the staff were dreadful, both obnoxious and ignorant, they even served my vegetarian friend a meat dish after promising him it was veggie - when he complained they really COULDN'T have cared less!! |

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, bright and modern. The roof terrace is rather small (potential to extend, I think) Also, the restaurant area seems too small for the number of guests. |
