H2C Hotel Napoli  

the furniture in the room was in bad conditions and uncomfortable. The shower was specially broken and I had to hold the water dispenser with one hand my own while washing. I have never payed 100 euros for such an uncomfortable room!

The hotel personnel were extremely helpful and attentive. The accomodation was very good value. On Sunday morning there is a bustling and interesting market in the neighbourhood.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. The area in which it is located is a somewhat away from the center and decidedly decayed. The thoroughfare along the harbour is dumping ground for the trash, which is not being collected regularly.

Design, modern, nice people and nice manager, clean, well located

Excellent services, but an underused yet excellent restaurant for evening meals. [Breakfasts are also good] The standard was extremely high and the chef and waiters very helpful. Naples can be a little problematical for a single person wandering round at night looking for a restaurant which may or may not be good in spite of all this effort. It was a relief to find I had this all in my own hotel. Naples can be a little exhausting for someone seeking rest and refreshmnent . The hotel is on the dock road and is within walking distance - for those used to walking - to the ferries for Ischia and Capri. It is also only yards away from the Via Duomo giving easy access to the historic heart of the city.

Nice Hotel but located in the "wrong" side of napoli. A bit scary to walk outside when dark.

Window only opens half-way. Location slightly isolated.

All the staff were very polite,helpful and gave us good information. We had a small problem on arrival with our room and it was dealt with straight away.Excellant Breakfast choice.Would have liked coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel was situated very close to the port for capri etc etc, also the train station location was perfect

The cost of a 6km taxi fair , we were quoted 30euros for the two of us one way ,then because we arrived after 8 pm it was 40euros , but the untimate was we shared the taxi with two others so four in a taxi costing 80 euros ..... on the return to airport at 06.50 am the cost was 30 euros for the two of us , previous to this the receptionist said that between 8am and 8pm it was 30 euros, could not quite get that. Rubbish rubbish rubbish every where.

Parking, and unless you upgraded you were looking in a back alley - garbage. So if you were to stay here please upgrade cause the view isn't nice, where it was recommended for parking the car had an additional 30 km on it in the morning!!!!!!

Reception, check-in and check-out services were very professional. Assistance regarding touristic requirements was at high level. Room service (timely cleanliness etc.) was very good. Restaurant services, both availability of food variety in time (especially at breakfast) and behaviour of the waiters need to be improved. Hotel's location and hospitality extended add to the positive impression. Should there be another occasion, one can easily come back. It is also worth recommending to those interested to visit Napoli.
