Everything seems to be new, the room is great, modernistic decor. Breakfast was good enough for us. Map indication on the site is not accurate, but problem was easily solved by asking around. They should fix it, though.

Excellent services, but an underused yet excellent restaurant for evening meals. [Breakfasts are also good] The standard was extremely high and the chef and waiters very helpful. Naples can be a little problematical for a single person wandering round at night looking for a restaurant which may or may not be good in spite of all this effort. It was a relief to find I had this all in my own hotel. Naples can be a little exhausting for someone seeking rest and refreshmnent . The hotel is on the dock road and is within walking distance - for those used to walking - to the ferries for Ischia and Capri. It is also only yards away from the Via Duomo giving easy access to the historic heart of the city.

My friend and I were really pleased with the hotel. It was light and stylish, in a fairly good location. The staff were helpful, righting the small problems we had, for example the room appeared to have been prepared for one, the safe wasn't working. Very good value for money with a fine breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is very small and compact, but was clean with good decor. It's location is awful, beds were very small, breakfast was poor and bar is a makeshift bar.

Not much. Our room was ok. Breakfast was ok. A lot. The location is hard to find. The address does not match up with the map. The staff say that this is not their fault. While this may be true, it's even less our fault. They need to warn you of this when making the booking or send an email afterwards. Tea and coffee making facilities we're advertised, but there were none. We requested them, but the response was "impossible". This was the same answer we got for anything we asked for. The wifi was crazy expensive, I think 4 euro per hour! Plus our bathroom was dirty and mouldy. And the water is apparently not drinkable in the hotel.

We booked a normal room but as we came with a kid they gave us an upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi and no extra charge! Every single person was amazing and helpful. They explained everything we needed and always had a great idea where to go out eating or what to visit! It is situated directly in the old town of Napoli which means that the neibourghood isn't as posh as some might like. The hotel looks a bit like an oasis in a desert ;-) But for us it was not really a flaw as it took only five minutes to the old city center and 20 minutes to the Galerie Umberto etc.

Surprisingly nice hotel in an not so nice area but a convenient area as near port for boat trips although very long que's because lots op people there from cruise ships. Also near city tour bus. A taxi costing only €7 or €8 euros away from excellent resturants along nice seafront prom. Just 2 things. No tv for duration of stay --------some major fault----- not terribly important but like to see news. But worse than that no hot water---staf advised leave tap running for 15 mins----well after 20 mins it was warm.Next night same and last night never heated up ----------fed up complaining at that stage so ignored it but do think hot water is essential.

Good laundry The idea of being non-refundable is not good, I would have checked out the 1st day of arrival if it had been possible, I expected a bar and a restaraunt, the restaurant was only open periodically to residents, but if you were part of a coach party they seemed to get preferential treatment and a single guest was advised to eat elsewhere, I asked on the 1st day of arrival for a beer, yes sir that is possible but you will have to take to your room. I am still in Naples and will be for another week, obviously staying elsewhere.

My friend and I really enjoyed and appreciated the cleanliness of the Hotel and most of all the courtesy of the staff. They were always eager to help us with our day trips and always had good suggestions for us. Despite the rundown aspect of the neighborhood the hotel's location is good because we were close to the train, the boats and the Historic district, howerver we were afraid to come back late at night. We would highly recommend that hotel to friends.
