Wifi had to be paid for Shower didn't drain away, so shower has to be turned off for a while to stop flooding Bottom of shower was mouldy
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was an excellent choice for both breakfast and dinner.
The location required transportation to get to sites of interest. The bed was not comfortable.
close to the bus station ( 15min walk) extremely helpful receptionists, comfy beds,
very noisy if staying at the front of the hotel, and vv small rooms. we had a twin and barely room to move. Location pretty dodgy .. walked out for food on first night ... do not recommend this !! its not in a very user/tourist friendly area. do not leave room with phone, cards etc.. hotel room safe the best option !! second evening was advised by reception to head to the bay by taxi (10 e) what a difference !! beautiful and classy and vibrant !! if only we knew that earlier !! breakfast ok, just. be warned, all early risers in naples !! and when its gone... its gone. we were just told to get up earlier !! 8am was early enough I thought !!!
location , staff are helpful,
wifi not free , parking very expensef
Everything about this place was awesome except for the wifi situation and that really puts a damper on things in my opinion. The complimentary breakfast was great and the service was spectacular for European standards.
No free wifi!!! 4 star hotels should not charge for wifi in my opinion! It was very inconvenient because when traveling internationally wifi is everything. It's how you figure out how to get around as well as booking hotels and travel itineraries for following destinations! And there was only one slow computer in the lobby with free interet access that you couldn't even do much at cause other people needed to use it as well!
Excellent place. We had only a problem with the hot water in our room but it was fixed in the gap the employee told me.
Hotel quality was allright
The location of the hotel was terrible. It was renovated building in a bad neighbourhood. The rooms are small. The surrounded buildings are very bad and you dont feel safe in the city at all
Clean, modern, great location if you want to stay near Molo Beverello
Wi-Fi is prohibitively expensive
We had a junior suite with our own balcony which could be accessed from both the bedroom and separate living area and had a view of the sea and Vesuvius. The staff were very helpful. We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant one night and were served by a very friendly waiter. The food was delicious.
Location - close to port (convenient when going to island's). Good breakfast, clean, modern.
Hotel, breakfast and staff.
No free wifi for occasional short use.
Czysty hotel, w okolicy slumsów, którymi jest niestety całe centrum miasta. Blisko przystani promów i wycieczkowców. Clean and nice hotel, unfortunately located in dirty surroundings, typical for the center of Napoli. Close to ferries and ships. Hotel is recomended, the city is not!
Poor and overpriced restaurant Poor location Expensive wifi with poor connection
The location was perfect and the people at the desk were really kind and went the extra mile to help you.
The fact that you have to pay for internet wired and wifi, really sucked!
Good breakfast, friendly staff
No free internet, tiny, tiny shower
breakfast is very good.
location is far from centre. hoprfully there is trum to reach termini.
Breakfast was varied: pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, boiled eggs, ham, cheese.all tastes are satisfied. Nice little fitness room on last floor. Room was clean but bad smell. Neighbourhood is ok.
View promissed on the see was not delivered. Personel told us even that those rooms were not existing in the hotel, although they are offered on booking. Bad smell coming from the toilets in the room, very disturbing. Wifi not free , charged 4 euro per hour for each device.
friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, modern but cosy rooms, very good location
poor breakfast service: when the coffee machine stops working (which happened 3 times during our stay) you won't get a cup of coffee unless you manage to catch one of the waiters who seem to be in constant rush.. There was a HUGE selection of pastry to choose from but no vegetables apart from tomatoes. Same selection of ham, cheese, eggs, tomatoes every day. The other thing I didn't like was the wi-fi which costs 15 euro per day and that is obviously overpriced. There was only 2 very flat pillows in our room and only one additional one in the wardrobe so we ended up sharing the extra one as the other two were simply too flat. In our bathroom there was only one large fixed shower head and the water pressure was very low on the 7th floor.
Rooms are very new, modern! Location is good for ferry to Capri Island.
Advertise free wi-fi, but it's free internet at computer at lobby! Felt cheated.
Staff are great, very friendly and helpful? Location is great for access to walking around the city.
Parking is off site a bit away from the hotel.
We liked the location of the hotel and they had the best breakfast buffet of our trip. Probably our favorite hotel that we stayed in.
Had to pay for the Wi-Fi and had a very small shower.
The breakfast was good (by Italian standards), the gym is perfect for such a hotel, the location was decent, there is a great supermarket/restaurant near by GranGusto (when you get tired of all the crappy Tratorria's)
Very close to the metro & terminal station. Breakfast had great options. In terms of comfort, the bed was a bit hard. Facilities were clean, however, wi-fi wasn't free and pretty pricey for 24hour access. However, staff were excellent. English in the south is not as prevalent as it is in central / North Italy though could be understood.
Good location; new hotel style. Good price.
I like contemporary but they made lots of odd choices and mistakes. The refrigerator hangs above the tv (and ours was installed crooked). Also, don't listen when they say park in a garage for 20 euros a day; there are 3 spots right in front requiring no payment; that's plenty safe; we saved $60 U.S. for our 2 nights;you might need to watch for the spaces as they open up. We had 2 bulbs that were out-- so they need to check more when they make up the rooms.
