モダンデザインで、施設も新しくジャグジーバスなど充実していた。トラムで中央駅へのアクセスは良いが、そ- の他の観光地へのアクセスはタクシー利用になる。 トラムの駅が近いが、周辺の治安は悪そう。海側の部屋だと眺めは良いかもしれないが、その他の三方は、あま- り綺麗とは言えない家屋の眺めとなる。 |

カプリ帰りの港から比較的近く（荷物を持っての移動には大変）中央駅にも比較的近いです。ナポリの中では、- 比較的安全そうに感じました。夜のスタッフは、とても感じが良かったです。朝ごはんもとてもおいしく、特に- モッツラレラチーズがおいしかった。バスタブがあり、とてもスタイリッシュな雰囲気。 夕方のスタッフがあまり感じよくなくて、部屋の電話をワンコール鳴らしただけで、尋ねてきた人に部屋には、- 誰もいないと伝えたこと。ポットがない。 |

あちらこちらにこだわりのデザインがちりばめられており、すてきでした。パンとチーズ、ハム、飲み物、ヨー- グルトのみの質素な食事が多いイタリアのホテルですが、値段の割には豪華な朝食でした。 車以外での移動でアクセスが悪いこと。カプリやソレントなどへのフェリー乗り場には近いのですが。 |

施設全体が現代美術館の様に統一されておりナポリとは思えない雰囲気である。 イタリアの大都市であるから仕方ないが、車の駐車場所が路上以外全くない。ホテルに入る前に苦労した。部屋- に机用の普通椅子が２つあるだけで、ソファーが無い。１人用のソファーが１つでもあれば相当雰囲気が違うと- 感じました。 |

very clean, easy to find and quick to get to late at night. Don't believe what you read about NAples, yes it has rough edges but you get a great warmth from the city. Highly recommended. As in most Italian hotels the breakfast is not up to other European countries |

Great modern decor and design in rooms and lobby, comfortable bed, very pleasant and efficient staff, good breakfast, helpful tourist information, good central location. The photos of the roof garden are deceiving. Not very impressve place! |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating with all our needs and requests. They speak good English.The hotel and our room was modern and tastefully designed, clean and most comfortable and luxurious. Our breakfast was very good in both quality and quantity as well as presentation.There is a bus stop near the hotel so the city and port is accessible. The location appears a tad daunting when on arrives, especially in the night as it is very close to the harbor. The views are not as picturesque as we had imagined for the aforesaid reason. However this does not truly detract from an excellent hotel. |

We liked everything about this hotel! It was beautiful, modern, actually chic! The price for this kind of luxury was unbelievable. If we ever find another H2C in our travels, we will certainly stay there. We cannot think of a thing we didn't like. Lovely restaurant right in the hotel. We didn't bother leaving to go find a place to eat. |

Other than being in a very bad city the hotel was very nice. The restuarant was very nice and the service was empecible, i would go again. |

On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded free of charge to a large suite with balcony view over the Bay of Naples. The standard of the room and the hotel were first class and the location was about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station. The breakfast room was busy at times and the staff struggled to cope with the demand. Apart from this the breakfast itself was self service, plentiful and to a good standard. |

the location in tte center;the design;the newly refurbished rooms unfortunately after only one year this new hotel suffers from the bad behaviour of its clients:the carpet was terribly stained.Inaddition there was no hot water on the sink.tv was fonctioning badly.more professionalism is needed |

The staff were all excellent, they spoke good English, the hotel was like an oasis in a City that has its environmental problems. If you are there on business it would be perfect. It is fairly close to the railway system for visits to Pompei etc! |

made you feel very welcome,helpful with ideas of places to see.easy to access train to pompei and sorrento Need to be aware of area you are in some vagrants about,not a problem if you keep to main roads at night. a proper bar for drinks would be nice |

The hotel is very nice with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is not bad. The location is great in the sence that it is easy getting around by foot or by tram, which runs just outside the hotel. The hotel is located close to the Central Train Station. |

Very close to port for going to Capri. Most of staff spoke English and were able to help us with arrangements for transportation and sights. Meal service available for all three meals if needed. Very clean and modern. |

Nice, clean hotel with new design furntiture. Comfortable beds and a general high standard. The location is noisy, right next to the highway. Choose between noise and view over the sea and Vesuv, or a more quiet backyard room. The neighbourhood isn't particularly nice or well-suited for tourists, further west is better (closer to the seafront restaurants). |

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was squeaky clean. The breakfast was good and the gym etc was easily available Bed was too hard for my liking. A mattress topper woudl have been useful |

All very modern and very clean. Great breakfast and also very good dinner. Acess by foot (with luggage) coming from ferries along front is not good due to construction works/bad sidewalks.Perhaps hotel should advise pedestrian access route to be from city side. |
