H2C Hotel Napoli

O hotel parece ter sido renovado recentemente, pois tudo é novo. O quarto é confortável e bom gosto na decoração. A região do hotel não é tão boa, mas em se tratando de Napoles eu diria que está bom. O ruim do hotel é o horário de check-in às 15:00h e também a ausência de internet gratuita. Se tivesse que voltar a Napolis muito provavelmente ficaria neste hotel novamente. (Hotel seems to be renovated recently because everything is kinda new. The room is comfortable and good taste for decoration. The location is not that good but being in Naples it is ok. The cons is about the check-in time at 15:00 and the lack of free internet. I would probably stay in this hotel again)

Horário de check-in é ruim. Sugiro que mudem para as 12:00h. Também, que exista um controle melhor de se deixar as bagagens enquanto você espera o horário de check-in. Fiquei preocupado porque não me deram nenhum controle, e alguem poderia levar minhas malas por engano ou por contravenção. (The check-in time is not good I believe for most of the guests like me. I suggest the change of check in time to 12:00. Also, I suggest the hotel adopt a baggage control while you wait the check in time. I was worry about my luggages because they gave me nothing. One could pick up the luggages of anybody else instead).

The staff were very helpful and accommodating with all our needs and requests. They speak good English.The hotel and our room was modern and tastefully designed, clean and most comfortable and luxurious. Our breakfast was very good in both quality and quantity as well as presentation.There is a bus stop near the hotel so the city and port is accessible.

The location appears a tad daunting when on arrives, especially in the night as it is very close to the harbor. The views are not as picturesque as we had imagined for the aforesaid reason. However this does not truly detract from an excellent hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel! It was beautiful, modern, actually chic! The price for this kind of luxury was unbelievable. If we ever find another H2C in our travels, we will certainly stay there.

We cannot think of a thing we didn't like. Lovely restaurant right in the hotel. We didn't bother leaving to go find a place to eat.

On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded free of charge to a large suite with balcony view over the Bay of Naples. The standard of the room and the hotel were first class and the location was about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station.

The breakfast room was busy at times and the staff struggled to cope with the demand. Apart from this the breakfast itself was self service, plentiful and to a good standard.

The staff were all excellent, they spoke good English, the hotel was like an oasis in a City that has its environmental problems. If you are there on business it would be perfect. It is fairly close to the railway system for visits to Pompei etc!

The hotel is very nice with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is not bad. The location is great in the sence that it is easy getting around by foot or by tram, which runs just outside the hotel. The hotel is located close to the Central Train Station.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was squeaky clean. The breakfast was good and the gym etc was easily available

Bed was too hard for my liking. A mattress topper woudl have been useful

The style that the hotel was trying to convey was nice.

Even-though, the room was of nice style... It was very small, and the quality of the bathroom fittings was not the best, especially the shower was poor quality. Very bad; have to pay for wi-fi!

There should be at least two comfortable chairs in a double room.

The hotel was very clean, modern with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was in easy walking distance of the Ferry Port and Train Station. However the city of Napoli is very dirty and feels unsafe at night.
