Convenient rate. Excellent service, cleanliness and confort. The location. About 1 km. from downtown Napoli, 10 minutes walking on Via Marina, a busy avenue along the port, with garbage on broken sidewalks, dogs. Kind of poor and probably unsafe neighborhood. For safety reasons, local people raccomended us to take a taxi from and to the hotel instead of walking, . |

The staff were friendly, efficient, interested and keen to assist. looked after us and made our stay very enjoyable. Seemless check-in which took only minutes. Staff spoke good English which made things easier. Would certainly stay there again. |

The hotel is very modern and clean, with the decor very good. The staff are excellent, very friendly and nearly all spoke English ( a bonus as we did not speak very much Italian). We had a really good time and the rooms were fabulous. A bit of confusion in the kitchen as regards what was available on the menu. The menu itself was a bit limited, although i believe this was down to staffing problems that were in the process of being sorted. |

Excellent restaurant, very friendly staff, not big but beautiful room. When all facilities are ready, definately a promiss for the future. Everything was great, when the hotel would be in a different neighbourhood it would have been Napels number 1 hotel. |

I liked almost everything. The hotel is in the safe neighborhood, which is very important once you are in Naples. The hotel is brand-new and there are no facilities on the 7th floor described in the general overview. On the other hand this did not bother us at all. The breakfast is great, except one day they ran out of eggs, brad and ham at 9 (the breakfast lasts till 10). |

Very comfortable, stylish, clean hotel. We were very satisfied. Area is not very good, noisy and dirty. But nearly whole Naples is noisy and dirty. When closed windows noise in the room is tolerable. |

cordialità del personale, struttura nuova, ottima dislocazione. non vi era acqua calda. parlando con gli addetti ho rilevato che questo problema, insorto sin dall'inaugurazione, riguarda il 1 e 2 piano. l'ultimo giorno mi è stato proposto uno spostamento al 3 piano. in considerazione delle 4 stelle, è un disagio da correggere assolutamente. per il resto, tutto bene. |
