I was accompanied by mom who is 70yrs old and my son who is 10yrs old, and we all had a fabulous time. The location is central with stunning views. The staff were warm and welcoming, and very helpful, and made our stay really special as we were celebrating my mom's birthday. Thank you for an awesome holiday.
Staff, location, and the roof top in the evening.
I notified them when returning for another stay that we had problems with asthma and they were greatly considerate with choice of room etc.
Everything. ..We had an amazing 4 days at the Hassler!
Everything! Top notch all the way.
The palm court and terrace
Service was amazing and the rooms where very nice and the view from the room was wonderful. U could look out and see the Vatican, the Parthenon, and many other romen sites all from ur room.
Breakfast was not ncluded in ur $600 a night room.
Husband has asthma and I should have put on profile for timber floor request as room had lots of fabric curtains wall and was carpet..bit dusty in room but when we go back in a week or two they have said they will try to give us timber or marble floors.
It was a sublime experience all around from top notch service, decor, amenities and the best location possible.
Location, Hotel itself, service, breakfast, everything
Beautiful place, good stuff
Location is excellent
The room was Very small like a cat house I am really regret to hosted in it
We paid extra for a deluxe room but still found the shower was over the bath. The replacement room was better (Room 118) but it was very noisy during the day as it abutted a local school or day care centre
Outstanding location. Excellent staff
location, tradition and staff
The best locación, Just in front of the scalinata! Excelent clasic look and building
The location of the hotel is perfect, since it is situated directly on top op the Spanish steps, close to high class botiques, restaurants and the main architectual sites. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and highly professional. The room was quiet and clean. Basically a perfect and wonderful place to stay.
I stayed with my 20 yr old daughter, and we had a wonderful time. Best bit of our week, staying in this hotel. We were treated like royalty, every single one of the staff we came into contact with were freindly, effecient and so welcomining. Thank you Hassler - best hotel in Rome without a doubt!!
Nothing not to like in hotel - but in Rome itself, disappointed that the fountain at bottom of Spanish steps covered over by building work screens, that the lake in park was drained and that most of the coleseum was covered in scaffolding :(
Location and staff
Sauna and steam room not ready available You have to inform them to switch them on Bathroom without window and poorly lighted
Position at the top of the Spanish steps and central Rome; proximity to Spagna metro station; good food; beautiful room with view; excellent staff and service; lovely hotel. Expensive but worth it
