everything except breakfast
poor breakfast (small choise and everyday the same)
There is no connection between the photos and the hotel, another Italian scam that only makes you feel stupid for going there. Small, depressing and the last place that gives a feel vacation
We stayed in Rome overnight and this was a great location, easy for walking and public transport. The lovely Monti area is just around the corner, with excellent restaurants, bars and quirky shops. Incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff, spacious bedroom, huge bathroom, fast Wifi and a decent breakfast. For a central Rome hotel this takes some beating!
Great location to see the tourist sites. Room was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - worst we had while in Italy. Coffee tasted like instant. Be prepared to be on a busy street - lots of traffic.
Excellent central location, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable staff , lovely clean rooms , great breakfast and very friendly atmosphere.
The hotel was clean, location near to station termini in a famous street
Wifi was terrible, the hotel it self was in building with a heavy big door in the first floor and u have to take a very tiny left, u can find another hotel with same price, breakfast was like nothing and once u open ur room u will stay on the breakfast table.
Staff amazingly helpful and friendly. They always greeted us with a warm smile and provided us with all the help we need to get around the city. Location is a short walk to most of the attractions like the colleseum (10-15 mins) and the trevi fountain (15 mins). Many good restaurants are also around the hotel. There's also a bus station in front to the hotel useful for further locations like the Vatican.
Helpful staff at the hotel. Pleasant and easy to talk to.
Small, intimate and quiet with only 9 rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Poor signage on exterior of building
Staffs very helpful and friendly especially Massimo. Breakfast range can be a bit more variety so that customers are not having the same breakfast over and over again throughout the stay. Room is not quite soundproof but not bothering us too much.
It is just "HALF" of first storey of abuilding not a hotel. Walls need to paint , breakfast is awful and inedible. The hotel took money from the credit card indnvance and when we reached there and saw what was it like and asked for cancellation they refused !!!
Amzing staff, extremely helpful, gave us the best tips for restaurants and shopping areas
breakfast could have been better, the food was not very fresh, although a fresh plate of mozzarella and tomatoes, and good quality cheese wouldn't have cost them much considering the small number of guests
The hotel and its location are excellent! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic, but this does not degrade the overall impression of the place. We would definitely come back.
Excellent location with key tourist stops at 15 min walk. The metro and Termini station were also quite near. Situated on a lively road with multiple cafes and gelato options nearby. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
The hotel is in need of an immediate paint job as the walls were dirty and there were marks all over. There was no facility in the room, there was no phone, no mini bar. The breakfast was pathetic and out of the 3 nights v had it only once!
I loved the location and the cleaniless of the room
The staff are knowledgable, friendly and professional. If coming back to rome I would stay here. Massimo is the star of the establishment, his customer service is second to none, and he really made our stay enjoyable with his recommendations for restaurants.
The location is very convenient, close to all amenities, beaches and retaurants
Location was good. Room was good size and excellent bathroom.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the double bed was quite big and comfortable. The location of this boutique hotel is very close to various sights on foot, plus metro and bus stations are very close.
Hotel Boutique Nationale is located on the first floor of an old building in the center of Rome. No physical light anywhere (except maybe from the front rooms). The size of the room was small, the breakfast area was practically non-existent (you open the door of your room, you make one step and you seat to the breakfast table). If you just need a bedroom for sleep in the center of the city, OK, but in that case it is expensive. With the same money we could have rent an apartment...
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived at 12.30 pm and able to check in straight away and get into our room. We were pleased with our room, it was overlooking the Via Nazionale. It was a busy street but we enjoyed people watching when in the room. It was quite a busy road but we didn't mind that. The room was clean and the towels were changed every day. Wifi was available with ease. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
It would have been nice to have a little fruit at breakfast but overall breakfast was sufficient to start the day.
It was very central and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet.
Nothing really liked hotel but didn't like the lift up to hotel as it's on the first floor
i didn't like that the hotel was just one floor and the breakfast was in the hall... i was actually surprised when i first saw the hotel... it will be a good choice if u need an hotel just for sleeping
The staff made us feel extremely welcome and were very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, we had a lovely stay at the hotel. Although the breakfast area was very small, it gave us an excuse to enjoy breakfast in bed instead.
