The Paba is a small hotel in a residential building less than a 5 minute walk from the Coliseum. All rooms have private bathrooms and come with air conditioning.

Staffs very helpful and friendly especially Massimo. Breakfast range can be a bit more variety so that customers are not having the same breakfast over and over again throughout the stay. Room is not quite soundproof but not bothering us too much.
Amzing staff, extremely helpful, gave us the best tips for restaurants and shopping areas
breakfast could have been better, the food was not very fresh, although a fresh plate of mozzarella and tomatoes, and good quality cheese wouldn't have cost them much considering the small number of guests
The hotel and its location are excellent! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic, but this does not degrade the overall impression of the place. We would definitely come back.
Excellent location with key tourist stops at 15 min walk. The metro and Termini station were also quite near. Situated on a lively road with multiple cafes and gelato options nearby. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
The hotel is in need of an immediate paint job as the walls were dirty and there were marks all over. There was no facility in the room, there was no phone, no mini bar. The breakfast was pathetic and out of the 3 nights v had it only once!
I loved the location and the cleaniless of the room
The staff are knowledgable, friendly and professional. If coming back to rome I would stay here. Massimo is the star of the establishment, his customer service is second to none, and he really made our stay enjoyable with his recommendations for restaurants.
The location is very convenient, close to all amenities, beaches and retaurants
Location was good. Room was good size and excellent bathroom.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the double bed was quite big and comfortable. The location of this boutique hotel is very close to various sights on foot, plus metro and bus stations are very close.
Hotel Boutique Nationale is located on the first floor of an old building in the center of Rome. No physical light anywhere (except maybe from the front rooms). The size of the room was small, the breakfast area was practically non-existent (you open the door of your room, you make one step and you seat to the breakfast table). If you just need a bedroom for sleep in the center of the city, OK, but in that case it is expensive. With the same money we could have rent an apartment...
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived at 12.30 pm and able to check in straight away and get into our room. We were pleased with our room, it was overlooking the Via Nazionale. It was a busy street but we enjoyed people watching when in the room. It was quite a busy road but we didn't mind that. The room was clean and the towels were changed every day. Wifi was available with ease. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
It would have been nice to have a little fruit at breakfast but overall breakfast was sufficient to start the day.
It was very central and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet.
Nothing really liked hotel but didn't like the lift up to hotel as it's on the first floor
i didn't like that the hotel was just one floor and the breakfast was in the hall... i was actually surprised when i first saw the hotel... it will be a good choice if u need an hotel just for sleeping
The staff made us feel extremely welcome and were very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, we had a lovely stay at the hotel. Although the breakfast area was very small, it gave us an excuse to enjoy breakfast in bed instead.
All the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early and they stored our luggage on our last day so we could make the most of our time in Rome. The wifi connection was also very good.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and we really missed our morning cuppa. We had to wait until almost 8am for a drink but we wanted to be out by then to see the sights so we skipped breakfast.
Clean&new furnitured room, bath. Very kind&helpful staff. Convenient location. Good price. Recommended!
It was hard to notice the hotel sign :)
Good location. Very good services, friendly, politely staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
Some fruits for breakfast.
Fantastic staff and a really good location. Will definitely return!
good location, modern and clean rooms, helpful staff
poor breakfast, small elevator
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were quick and helpful to answer queries by email before the visit and equally helpful during our stay. Thoroughly recommend this as a reasonably priced accommodation near the Termini.
The area they have for your breakfast does feel a little closed in as it has no natural light and is small however the location is so good, for the short time you are having breakfast, it does not matter.
Location. Clean and modern hotel. value for money is great.
The location couldn't be better. You have pretty much everything walking distance, from monuments to restaurants. You even have the metro station just 10 min away. The staff is very helpful and they will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to couples that are looking for a clean, modern and friendly hotel to spend their nights in Rome. We stayed for four nights and everything was great.
Only to things to improve: first, the internet connection was poor and slow. Second and most important, noise. Rooms are very close to the breakfast area and you can hear people eating and chatting outside in the morning.
Very friendly staff. When we decided to stay an extra night in Rome, although no room was available in the hotel the staff found us one nearby.
Signage is very poor. Really easy to miss.
Excellent staff and location
Air con didn't work
The overall experience was really good. Some of the nicest and most helpful staff I ever met, excellent location a few minutes from every tourist attraction. Rooms are big and clean.
Not much choice for breakfast but not a major letdown.
