We loved Babu, the guy who was in charge of the place. They had 4 rooms on the first level. The name was Eden if i recall. We had a big bed, the bathroom was ok. Great location, near Termini, Spar market...
The cupords could have been cleaner. We stayd near a indian restaurant so it smelled like curry a lot.
Room is quite big. It was calm during the night It is safe. I left laptop during all days.
It's not very close to the train station and the way to the hostel doesn't look safe specially in the evening.
there was no soap or shampoo. THEIR AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SUMMER SESSION.
The staff was nice and helpful
It was in a questionable area, the walls were thin and there was a lot of road noise. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the wifi was weak.
The location was close to the city center.
The room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the shower did not work very well... If you want to stay just for a few nights, you can handle with it, but I think you can not really enjoy your stay at this hotel. The area is not safe at all. I really don't understand what I payed for..
no staff working in the morning
Location- less than 5 mins walk to termini station, 10-15 mins walk to coliseum. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cheap for an ensuite room. House keeping everyday, change sheets every 2 days- I didn't expect them do any housekeeping but they did really well.
No fridge. Hot water ran out at the last night (we stayed 4 nights)
the staff was normal
Didnt like anything, we stay there for 4 nights, nobody changed the towels, nobody clean the room, TV was not working, Air-conditioner wasnt working too maybe its working but we ask staff about pult and he didnt give it to us. We gave 167 euro for nothing. That was awful dont go to this hotel
We stayed in a double ensuite. Large, basic room. Basic bathroom, nice enough for a night. Very friendly reception -- guy kept our baggage before check in and after check out. 1 km from the train station.
Beaware the hotel is in a floor of an apartment. We almost lost our train because we left our backpacks there and no one answered the bell! Looks like it wasn't working. Thank god the guy was there and got downstairs to see if we had already arrived.
Close to terminal
Smelly, shower frush loose
Staff tried to help and solve the issue
Not safe area at all, very scary as we couldn't stay out after 10pm. No hot water in bathroom due to lack of water at 5th floor of building.
I like the kitchen in the room and private toilet in the room
There is no 24 hours receptionist in the hotel so it's difficult for us to get or ask anything about the room, accomodation or anything about rome. Moreover our room have an ac but it doesn't work so our room is so hot. Besides that, everything is good.
Staff Location (it's near Roma Termini railway station, near the metro station, many restaurants - mostly indian -, two supermarket in the surroundings.
It was not very clean, especially the bathroom.
Free Wi-fi Near the Statione Termini
The room was very dirty. We find dead animals in the fridge. The mattress was good to go to the waste. There was no breakfast. without Receipt. The pictures are not as the reality of the rooms.
