Wifi only at some spot in the room Electric kettle that didn't work. After complaining was told that there is only 5 and no spare The heater didn't work so extremely cold
dirty cold. heating did not work bed bugs
Great location, near the metro station, Termini, many cafes, where you can find breakfast of coffee and a croissant. Always hot water, clean linen. Coliseum in slow 20-minute walk. Excellent choice for unpretentious travelers!
In November, the room was cold and damp (bring your slippers). For 1 person it was given 1 large towel (I would like at least 2). Be prepared for the fact that the main population of the district - the Hindus.
Clean room. Very close to metro station and near Termini Station.
No identification on the entrance as a hotel creates confusion for arrival. Only one staff member and he is not always available if needed. Only one set of key gives no freedom for friends to split up if necessary. TV is a joke and Wi-Fi demands patience.
Metro stations Vittorio Emanuelle and Termini are really close and you can get to Colosseo in 15min by walking. Staff was friendly and room was big. Quality was what expected with paid price.
The room was not that sound proof. One morning I woke up because other guests were showering and talking in the hallway. We also run out of toilet paper and shampoo while there was no-one at the reception to ask for more.
We loved Babu, the guy who was in charge of the place. They had 4 rooms on the first level. The name was Eden if i recall. We had a big bed, the bathroom was ok. Great location, near Termini, Spar market...
The cupords could have been cleaner. We stayd near a indian restaurant so it smelled like curry a lot.
Room is quite big. It was calm during the night It is safe. I left laptop during all days.
It's not very close to the train station and the way to the hostel doesn't look safe specially in the evening.
there was no soap or shampoo. THEIR AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SUMMER SESSION.
The staff was nice and helpful
It was in a questionable area, the walls were thin and there was a lot of road noise. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the wifi was weak.
The location was close to the city center.
The room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the shower did not work very well... If you want to stay just for a few nights, you can handle with it, but I think you can not really enjoy your stay at this hotel. The area is not safe at all. I really don't understand what I payed for..
no staff working in the morning
Location- less than 5 mins walk to termini station, 10-15 mins walk to coliseum. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cheap for an ensuite room. House keeping everyday, change sheets every 2 days- I didn't expect them do any housekeeping but they did really well.
No fridge. Hot water ran out at the last night (we stayed 4 nights)
the staff was normal
Didnt like anything, we stay there for 4 nights, nobody changed the towels, nobody clean the room, TV was not working, Air-conditioner wasnt working too maybe its working but we ask staff about pult and he didnt give it to us. We gave 167 euro for nothing. That was awful dont go to this hotel
