This was a wonderful hotel with a great location near a delightful Italian seaside village. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we absolutely loved it. The walk to Portofino is a wonderful experience as is the ferry ride to San Fruttuoso.

Service was superb, and the view is one of the best (if not the best) in Santa Margherita. The pool and sunbathing area is a real treat. Loved our stay. The only minor complaint is the smallish bathroom, but it is not uncommon in Europe. The view, location and pool area more than makes up for this.

The Service was excellent.They made me breakfast at 6.00pm. Also the reception is outstanding. Its a small hotel but a 5 star service. dagmar heyde garre liechtenstein. i will stay there any time again.

A fabulous stay at a wonderful hotel. The welcome was fantastic and the facilities provided everything we wanted. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer sta, 2 days were not enough. The pool and poolside facilities were perfect.

The pool area was lovely although those at the hotel are not permitted to use the loungers which overlook the bay. We were allocated a room at the back of the hotel which was very noisy.I had told the hotel that my husband followed a gluten free diet but ther was very little available at breakfast time.

Servizio eccellente, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera vista collina al secondo piano e la stanza era perfettamente insonorizzata. Anche il ristorante adiacente all'hotel merita la visita. Camera e bagno piccoli con doccia un pò scomoda e per questa categoria di hotel ci si aspetterebbe di meglio.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à 5 minutes des bateaux-navettes et de la gare. Très belles terrasses avec vue mangnifique sur mer. Un des seuls hôtels à l'abri des nuisances sonores de la circulation routière, étant donné que la route passe à l'arrière du bâtiment.

Местоположение супер, вид из номеров с видом на море замечателен.Рядом пляж свой и городской. Плохие матрацы в номере проваленные до нельзя, парковка узкая и маленькая на крупных машинах не заедете. Заявленно , что бассейн работает с апреля не правда, с мая и то по не понятной схеме. Пользоваться бассейном разрешили только после долгих разговоров.

situation de l'hôtel en bord de mer, avec vue sur le golf et le port et bine orienté au soleil.couchant. proximité de la gare ferroviaire et des bus, ce qui est pratique pour partir visiter les Cinq Terres ou le parc de Portofino.Petit déjeuner agréable et bon, dans la salle à manger bien exposée sur la mer. Salle de bain un petit peu exigue, fonctionnement de la douche pas très pratique, sinon, très bon séjour. La terrasse de la chambre est très agréable.

Incantevole vista sul mare dal salone della prima colazione. Splendida posizione dell'hotel. Squisita cortesia del personale. L'hotel è attiguo ad un ottimo ristorante che domina il porto di S. Margherita. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nessun aspetto negativo.

Magnifique situation et piscine en bord de mer Départ obligatoire à 10 h du matin sous risque de payer 50 % de plus ! Et impossible de profiter de la piscine et du bord de mer le jour du départ, après 12h ! Dommage, il n'y avait pourtant plus beaucoup de clients ce jour-là !

Empfang, Service, sehr freundliches Personal,reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer, die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer, Poolanlage und Umgebungsgestaltung. Offerte "Zimmer mit Sicht gegen Hügel" - ehrlich wäre "strassenseitig mit entsprechender Lärmbelastung". Anstelle einer schmalen Badewanne mit geneigtem Boden (Rutschgefahr) wäre eine Dusche besser,auch für Raumaufteilung. Die Klimaanlage sollte man ganz abschalten können (inklusive blinkendes Licht).

Ottima posizione, servizio cortese e professionale,pulizia accetabile,comfort accetabile anche se arredamento anni 90; sicuramente da spolverare ed insistere sulla pulizia nei bagni delle stanze In piscina e spiaggia mancano le pattumiere; un "investimento" da fare al piu presto ! Buon rapporto qualita/prezzo
