The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was terrific The room had no outlook and the carpet was dirty. It was not good value for money |

Staff courtesy Bathroom very poor for a 5 star hotel, in need of maintenance. Breakfast extremely poor and still cost an additional €26!!. Junior suite of lower quality than expected, it was basically a large double room! |

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale, disponibilità e puntualità al check-in, ambiente generale. Eccessiva rumorosità della camera: impossibile riposare dopo le 6 (sei) del mattino. Buffet colazione non all'altezza. |

Prachtig hotel, zéér centraal gelegen, absoluut perfecte en stijlvolle bediening. Verre van 'een prijspakker', maar wie houdt van stijl en kwaliteit komt hier aan zijn trekken. |
