Kind and helpful staff throughout our stay, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the location is ideal- two minutes walking distance from the Tower.

The welcome, and the helpfulness of all 3 staff members we saw. The hotel is in the centre of all that interesting, but quiet.

There's no lift.

Location is pretty much unbeatable. About 1 minute walk from the tower and close to the bar/restaurant area of town. Also great if you are arriving late into Pisa as they allow check in till midnight. Room was nice and comfortable without being anything spectacular.The gentleman at reception was also very nice and helpful.

The towels were glorified bedsheets. Bit noisy (thin walls).

Location, staff and room is ok. It worths money for it.

Well obviously the location is great. Probably the best if you're staying in Pisa just for a day

The rooms are old and small. Cannot say that they are dirty but not clean though. Wi-fi connection is poor. There is no elevator

the bathroom was not very clean,with an old bar of soap stuck between the shower and toilet,the hat water from the basin was not hot and ran very slowly,getting bitten several times by something in the room.

Very spacious quadruple room, split into two adjoining rooms. Excellent location - 5 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great location and the hosts were ever so friendly and helpful. They have put a lot of effort into making sure you are okay and have everything you need - even have a very helpful, hand drawn map of Pisa burnt into wood at the entrance the owner did himself!

Nice family run hotel with the Italian experience. Close to the Tower and museums. Different from the American experience, but neat. No elevator, but had first floor room, with bottom floor being floor zero. Stair cllimb wasn't bad. Neat little reatraurants toward the university with reasonable prices.

Location is good, all the attractions are near and there is a small supermarket nearby. Room was clean and the girl, who met us was extremely nice.

We took a room with one big double bed and one separate bed. The separate bed was too small and not comfortable. Fair value for this money, in our opinion the price for this type of hotel should be not more than 45 euro, not 65.

The location is very close to the attraction place, Pisa tower and Pisa San Rossore train station. The staff is very kind, friendly and informative. Room is clean and comfortable. Shared toilet and bathroom are also in good condition and clean.

Can't get WiFi connection in room, but a computer is provided at the reception. No hot water for drink, but vending machine is available for hot drink.

The location was perfect; next to the piazza dei miracoli and very close to the piazza dei cavalieri. It was a great case of value for money as the room was large and the facilities were very clean.

2 blocks away from the Tower of Pisa. The bathroom were clean and modernized. It has the atmosphere of an Italian Villa. The wifi Internet was also a plus for guests. I would recommend this place for other travelers.

Great location, very close to the Leaning Tower and the Cathedral.

The hotel is under a block from the tower itself. Follow the easy directions provided by the hotel. Our room (quadruple) was spacious and comfortable. Very reasonably priced for location. Friendly staff.

Location was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful.
