Clean and tidy, very handy for the vaporetta and local restraunts. Breakfast was more than enough in a pleasant dining room. The hot drinks were poor at breakfast |

Very convenient for Venice as very close to the vaporetto. Also had shops and restaurants nearby and quite close to the beach. |

Very close to the water-bus stop. There was a very limited choice for breakfast, with no fruit and no warm food. My room (single bed) was extremely small. I kept banging my kness on the wall! |

The location. It was accessible by ferry for coaches to reach the hotel and still easy to reach the main island by vaporetto. Bathrooms too tiny. |

The hotel is very well located near to the vaporetto stop. There are many restaurants close by and the area is much quieter than Venice proper. The hotel room and bathroom were both of a good size. The furniture was old fashioned but authentic. The windows and shutters were old fashioned (not double glazed) and so noise was a problem at times, but not too serious. The breakfast selection was adequate, but the coffee was barely drinkable. |

The location was very good to the Water Bus Station and to the town. The Air Conditioner was shut off for the season. Normally this would have been fine but the temperatures averaged 24 °C during the day and not much cooler at night. We had to keep the ceiling fan at full speed to deter the attacking mosquitos. Our complaint is A/C was advertised with the room and we would have selected another place had we known the truth. I would only recommend the hotel if the A/C is running during spring, summer and autumn. |

Very close to Vaporetta stop, on main street handy for facilities, lift, enclosed garden, staff very friendly, spoke good english & sorted out minor problems immediately. Very noisy in morning and evening from street but we had a fantastic view across the lagoon; you can't have everything. stayed 7 days so got bored with buffet breakfast being the same every day although it was very good. |

The hotels nearness to Venice yet divorced from the bustle of the city.It is close to some excellent restaurants and shops. The efficient water bus service that allowed us to vsit the islands of Murano & Burano and lastly the friendly travellers who never failed to offer a eighty year old male a seat on the busy busses nothing really but a refrigerator might be handy in the rooms. You have displayed my surname as Archibald Cardonald-Cardonald is the district in which I live my surname is Gallacher |

The location was good and the room was very clean. Short walk to the beach and easy access to water transport to Venice Overpriced. Small room, no view and very noisy (we moved from opposite the lift to find ourselves placed next to the maids' store room, and they start work very early) and no hairdryer. Very poor breakfast (tinned fruit, and that was during the film festival!), appalling coffee. No proper maps/information leaflets of Venice available. Reception staff OK, apart from one older woman who was downright surly. |

We liked the way that we were expected and our room was ready for us particularly as we were very latearriving. We also really liked the location, it was a good position for touring Venice and gave us two sides of the Venetian experience. Beach and City. Breakfast was a bit uninteresting. |

The hotel is very close to a free beach and public transport (tronchetto) to the center (tronchetto pass costs 33 euro for 3 days). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is okay. The room was very small, like my bathroom at home in the size. However, it may be normal for 60 euro/day in Venice. The bathroom was very clean, but the room itself urgently needed vacuum cleaning, the floor was dirty. No fruits for the breakfast and yes, coffee was fabulously bad. |

Atmosphere, convenient location to vaporetto, friendly staff, best breakfast I have ever had in Italy (which does not mean very much), laundry service The room was not exactly spacy (but O.K. for me); the "library" consists of four shelves of books forgotten by guests over the years, mostly in German |

This hotel was 5 minute walk from the main beach area, it was a 2minute walk to the water taxis which was extremley convienient.Staff were very helpful too. The hotel say that they have a beach area with reserved beach beds however we had to pay €20 for two sunbeds and an umbrella and the beach was at least a 30 minute walk away this was very misleading!!!Also no fruit at breakfast which was dissapointing |

The hotel first of all is very good situated, 1min walk from vaporetto station and 10 min walk from the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly and efficient. The room very clean though a bit small and "at the corner". Breakfast was excellent. Probably most of the single rooms are badly located in corners or 1st floor and at first it was a bit shocking. Unfortunately, at night there were mosquitoes. |

the brakfest was good, and the hotel was okey and quite charming when you got use to it. the rooms are pretty small and the air condition in the room was not working correctly i think. the rooms were made even when there was a sing on the door that please do not disturb. |
