It felt like an authentic local hotel, the staff gave a personal friendly service, the simple continental breakfast was delicious, the location was outstanding, especially at such a low price. Wonderful base for a shopping and cultural trip to Florence. |

Very patient staff with our broken Italian. Also very helpful. Great access to the train station and the city of Florence. Clean. Nothing I can think of. |

We almost missed the hotel as the renovations on the ground floor made it a little confusing. The humble lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The room we received was huge, but the furnishing was very modest. The friendly and unassuming staff made it a comfortable stay afterall. Good location just 5 mins from the train station. |

The location of Hotel Hermes was beneficial as it was close to the train station and city centre. The staff were also very friendly. I did not like having the bidet in the room, especially having to sleep with it 2 feet from my face. The room could be made cozier by adding art work to the walls. |

The hotel was very close to the railway station. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was toasted bread. There was no elivator to go up the stairs. The bathroom was very small. The tv did not work. Overall, for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better hotel. |

The hotel was very near the railway station. Patricia was very accommodating.She guided us what to see around Florence with the map. It saved us a lot of money. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Our room at the back was quiet #5. |

breakfast was OK with bread, capuchino, fruit juice. No noise from the nearby station poor room facility. It's the twin room with 2 single beds, not the double room with 1 bed for 2 person as being mentioned before. |

The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. They went out of there way to provide information and help us get oriented. The room we had was very noisy. It was facing a busy street and even with the double windows closed it sounded like a was sleeping in a highway tunnel. |

The owner spoke excellent english and was very friendly.The hotel was not very far from the centre of Florence. It was very,very basic. Also as a light sleeper, I could hear sounds from the other rooms-expecially the bathrooms. |

There was a free breakfast included which was nothing more than average. The hotel said they wouldn't accept credit cards, made me miss my train searching for an ATM, then agreed to accept my credit card. |

Patrizia nous a attendu le premier soir pour nous fournir un plan de la ville et nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir. Dommage qu'on ne l'ait plus revue ensuite. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Les lits jumeaux c'était en fait un grand lit d'1m80 mais très confortable : avec ma mère on ne s'est pas gênées de la nuit. La chambre donnait sur un petit patio intérieur : pas un bruit, on a très bien dormi et les fenêtres à doubles volets ne laissaient pas passer le jour. L'hôtel est derrière la gare, parfait lorsqu'on arrive par le train ou par la navette de l'aéroport. De plus à quelques mètres avant l'entrée de l'hôtel est situé l'arrêt de bus qui permet de monter à la place Michel-Ange où la vue sur Florence est splendide. La douche, comme dans tous les hôtels, n'a pas de bac et tout le sol est rapidemment inondé. Un peu cher pour la prestation, comme dans les autres hôtels avec lesquels j'avais hésité mais c'est Florence... |

とにかく駅からすごく近くて、すぐにホテルを見つけることができた。 トイレのすぐ横にシャワーがあって、仕切りはシャワーカーテンだけで、段差もなし。シャワーを使った後はト- イレの足場が濡れて、トイレットペーパーで拭かなければならなかった。（共同利用なので、他の人の為に）1- 日だけなら良いが、長期滞在は大変かも。 |

En realidad no me ha gustado. El trato del personal es muy amable y las habitaciones muy limpias...si es que eso hubiese que resaltarlo, que creo que no, ya que deberían estar implícitas en el precio de la habitación. Es cutre y ruidoso. Te pasas toda la noche escuchando a los demás huéspedes. Además, a las 7 se inicia el desayuno y aún me resuenan en la cabeza los golpes contra la cafetera. Para colmo, no admiten tarjetas de crédito y tuve que pagar una comisión de 15 euros en el cajero. El desayuno te lo sirven en un pasillo con las mesas alineadas a un lado, un pasillo literalmente. |

Muy buen hotel sobretodo por el trato de la dueña. Además la habitación es muy grande y tiene lavabo. La ducha en algunas habitaciones es compartida como fue mi caso pero está muy limpio todo!! El hecho de estar certa de la estación de tren ayuda para el desplazamiento y a pie solo dista unos 10 minutos del Duomo. |
