breakfast was OK with bread, capuchino, fruit juice. No noise from the nearby station poor room facility. It's the twin room with 2 single beds, not the double room with 1 bed for 2 person as being mentioned before. |

The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. They went out of there way to provide information and help us get oriented. The room we had was very noisy. It was facing a busy street and even with the double windows closed it sounded like a was sleeping in a highway tunnel. |

The owner spoke excellent english and was very friendly.The hotel was not very far from the centre of Florence. It was very,very basic. Also as a light sleeper, I could hear sounds from the other rooms-expecially the bathrooms. |

There was a free breakfast included which was nothing more than average. The hotel said they wouldn't accept credit cards, made me miss my train searching for an ATM, then agreed to accept my credit card. |

Very friendly staff and the recommendation of the local restaurants. I had really good meals in Florence. The construction on the footpath and road started very early at 7am so if you want to sleep in a bit later...well not a chance. Thursday and Friday night can be quite noisy on the street outside the hotel building. |

proximité de la gare et du centre ville chambre donnant sur la route principale, très mauvaise isolation acoustique et thermique, douche et toilette à 20 mètre de ma chambre mais propre. |

localisation idéale pour visiter la ville. Personnel disponible. Petit déjeuner très correct et avec possibilité de plus de pain, de café... l'hôtel n'était pas en mesure de permettre de payer par carte bancaire. |

Locatie is prima, bij station en loopafstand centrum. Kamer wel schoon. Cappucino erg lekker. Hotel erg oud en oubollig, veel trappen, personeel spreekt alleen italiaans, helemaal geen engels!!!. Kamer had geen stromend koud (alleen heet) water, douche en toilet op een andere gang voor teveel kamers. Enorm gehorig. Erg matig ontbijt. |

Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che fosse vicino al centro. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo: assolutamente indecente. Troppo caro per il servizio ricevuto. |

立地条件は良い。値段相応に清潔で設備も充実。シャワー・トイレは共用だが、部屋に洗面台があったので洗顔や歯磨きなどは部屋でできた。 エレベーターがないのはちょっとつらいかも。後クレジットカード決済ができないのが残念。 |

La vicinanza dell'hotel alla stazione dei treni La struttura dell'hotel è molto vecchia, le camere sono spoglie e tristi, la vicinanza alla strada fa sì che durante la notte si sentano molti rumori provenienti dalla strada, la colazione è scarsa. Francamente non capisco come abbia fatto a ricevere da questo sito un voto pari a 7!!!! |

美術館の予約なども一緒に調べてくれたりして本当に親切にしていただきました。部屋の設備は少し古いですが、フロントのマダムからスタッフまで心を配ってくださりアットホームで居心地が大変良かったです。マダムが紹介してくれたレストランも、一人だったのですがとても親切でゆったりとした気分でおいしくいただけました。 シャワー室に服を置く棚とシャンプー類を置く棚がほしかった。 |

El personal es muy agradable No es un hotel, es una pensión a precio de hotel. Supongo que los hoteles en Florencia son muy caros, pero si vas a este hay que saber que es una pensión para que luego no te defraude. |
