Bel parco con ulivi secolari. Bella struttura nuova e moderna. Stanza nr. 120 €65 Aria condizionata non in funzione, quindi durante la notte molto caldo. Pochi canali televisivi. Assenza frigo bar. Succo d'ananas alla colazione che era andato a male. Il paese di Policoro non offre granchè

Il servizio e lo staff notevole. La cameriera veramente professionale e cordiale al punto giusto il camerire disponibile e preparato camera accogliente e pulita Peccato l'enorme televisore vecchio stile che occupava tutta la scrivania. Mancavano le prese elettriche in camera e la pattumiera in camera.Vicinissimo a Policoro

Il giardino, in particolare la location esterna del ristorante, la cortesia del personale, il bagno della stanza, il silenzio nelle ore notturne, il frigo bar in camera. Il wi.fi: non è protetto, e ciò costituisce un pericolo sia per I gestori che per I clienti, I quali possono essere intercettati inconsapevolmente nel loro traffico internet da altri clienti; l'accesso ad internet non è continuativo, a tratti si interrompe per diversi minuti; infine, la copertura non è uniforme in tutta la struttura. La stanza un po' piccolina; inoltre, quando l'aria condizionata era al minimo, la griglia del condizionatore produceva un fastidiosissimo rumore di risonanza.

Bem situado junto da estrada ss 106, tem todas as comodidades e dentro do que é prática em Itália tem uma boa relação qualidade/preço. Conta com um bom restaurante e as instalações são acolhedoras. O pessoal é muito simpático.

Room very clean and comfortable and of good size, with balcony and pleasant outlook over well-tended garden. Staff helpful and friendly and restaurant good value. Ideally situated for touring the area. Only one chair on the balcony and one pillow each but no complaints really. Breakfast would have been improved by a muesli option.

Struttura nuova e graziosa, pulita, bel giardino. Buon ristorante/pizzeria. Struttura purtroppo situata su una strada statale e perciò frequentata da viaggiatori di passaggio, soprattutto camionisti. Stanze insonorizzate dall'esterno ma non dall'interno, qualità del sonno pessima. Staff simpatico, ma inesperto. Colazione molto scarsa.

Ottimo albergo dal buon confort camere pulite e ottimo ristorante con possibilità di pizza cotta al forno a legna. Connessione wi-fi (cmq gratuito)un pó troppo ballerina!
