Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Excellent location with easy access on foot to major attractions around town and to the station. The room we stayed at was clean, comfortable, very nice view of the bridge.

Good clean hotel with a great location and very helpful front desk. Right across from the Arno river, one minute from Ponte Vecchio, 2 blocks from Uffizi and 10 minutes to the Duomo. There are stairs going up to the elevator from the outside and the tub is about 6 inches taller on the inside, so be careful getting out onto the floor. Breakfast is good tuscan style and served in a room with windows overlooking the rooftops. There is also a nice terrace overlooking the river. I found the vendors outside the hotel had very good prices. We would definely stay there again.

The roof top was great. The staff was great. Breakfast was very good. The room seemed dark. The bathroom tub when I filled for a jacuzzi and turned on some black crap came out.

Our stay at Hotel Hermitage surprised us. We were not sure of what to expect - but this hotel blew us away, and it's competition, out of the water. Seriously - THE best hotel deal in Italy. Nowhere else can you find such a nice hotel with such a superb location. It impressed us. Room was a good size for money spent, very clean, hotel employees were gracious and helpful, breakfast was just fine - location is fantastic. All in all - a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel. Very, very, highly recommended.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful. Nicelybset up and roof deck is amazing One flight of steps from street level to elevator. Staff will help with bags but that was not obvious on arrival

Great location - close to Pont Vecchio, and the museums. Very nice roof top card for relaxation, having a drink, and enjoying the city views. Excellent breakfast Maybe a problem for mobility challenged guests as reception is on the 5th floor and the elevator does not come down to the ground floor

The location is perfect, the staff were extremely helpful, and as a single traveller I felt quite comfortable and safe. Will definitely stay at the Hermitage for my next trip to Florence. There are two things that would be more helpful. If possible, have the wi-fi available in the bedrooms, and, upgrade the mattresses to something more comfortable or far less firm.

The location for a tourist visiting the city centre of florence is perfect. The view from the room overlooking the River Arno only adds to the charm of this hotel. The added plus of the lovely breakfast room and rooftop garden area makes this my favorite hotel in florence The bathroom and bedroom is very small but not by european standards

The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see, plus bars and restaurants. The room was large and the breakfast room and rooftop terrace were wonderful. Overall a very pleasant stay for a 3-star hotel. There was a slight problem with the airconditioning but only on our last night. The front office staff were a little cool but otherwise polite and professional.

This hotel is so nice.Location is super. Rooms really nicely decorated and we have had the pleasure to have the view straight to ponte veccio in our 2 times visit to Florence and Hotel Hermitage. Breakfast room and breakfast itself really nice for its price. We would rate this hotel more to be **** than ***. Looking forward for next time there!
