Lovely and helpful staff. And not far away from the fair

The price for the hotel was exaggerated giving the hotel is only 4 stars and that the rooms are very basic, qith basic breakfast

Room was huge and very nice. Fantastic bathroom

staff at the reception was really cold. TV was not working properly. You had to stand in order to turn it off.

I was really happy with room I got and thought the hotel was exellent value for money. Having read the reviews I made sure I got a quiet room

the paid Internet connection in the room is so slow, but at the lobby it's works fine so Iwas ok with it.

The decor is wonderful inside the building and staff are supportive

The surround environment and building are not attractive'' The flow of water in shower was not strong enough in the bathroom

Very helpful staff. They helped get us oriented for our touring and recommended a restaurant. The hotel has inter-connecting rooms which was helpful for a family staying together.

Wi-fi hardly works on ground a 1s floor and not at all on the 3rd - not really acceptable for a 4-star hotel

The room in the first floor was noisy because of the location near the street.also it was around thirty minute waking from the city congress centre and not 10 minute as it was written in the infomation in booking .com site ,the intrenet is paid ,it should be free in comparing to the price of the rooms.

I liked the room

The receptionists were not kind and well educated. They didn't explain us normal things like where is the restaurant, want time was the breakfast. They couldn't explain us how to watch the pay channels in our room. Also I found behind the curtains some old belt, may be of the guest before me. There was many dust in the room

The room was impeccably clean and the addition of the Sky channels was a nice touch

After 5 nights the choice at breakfast became a little monotonous

This was an excellent hotel in every respect. Could not find one fault with it!

Отличный отель, доброжелательный персонал. Чистый номер, качественная и своевременная уборка. Завтрак неплохой, но однообразный. Удобное месторасположение: до центра города (Миланский Собор, Галерея) пешком через парк Семпионе минут 35-40, до Замка Сфорцеске 15-20 минут. На такси минут 5 (около 7-9 евро).

Отель находится в китайском квартале.
