The hotel is located in a quite residential area off Poggio.The staff are very friendly and helpful and all spoke good english.The bedroom was very good and the bathroom was very clean. The restaurant was only open two nights out of the four nights I stayed.So this was a little inconvenient.having to find a local place to eat out.

Bella stuttura e posizione tranquilla. Piscina e parcheggio comodo. Buona pulizia Peccato che alla bellezza della struttura non corrisponda uguale manutenzione della stassa. L'hotel è molto malandato e vecchio. No frigobar e tv sat

Posizione strategica per visitare città (Firenze, Prato, Pistoia) e dintorni. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. A me non serve, ma per chi vuole v'è la piscina per l'estate. Ristorante non cattivo, ma non va oltre la classica cucina d'albergo (visitato però in bassa stagione).

Hôtel situé légèrement en hauteur dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Certaines chambres ont vue sur la jolie campagne environnante. Possibilité de diner sur place avec des menus du jour raisonnables en prix(autour de 20 euros boissons comprises) et de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Gute und ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner, kleiner Schwimmingpool. Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich( Weißbrot, Käse, Wurst und kaltes hart gekochtes Ei). Kaffeeautomat öfter defekt.

Personal war nett, Zimmertausch auf eines mit Balkon war problemlos möglich. Das Hotel war nicht so überfüllt und zum Frühstück gab es sogar Obst, Eier und dunkles Brot was für Italien schon gut ist. Der Pool war leider nicht ganz sauber und ziemlich flach. Es gab viel zu wenig liegen. Der Balkon war nicht sauber und das Zimmer war sehr eng. Die Eier beim Frühstück sind außen noch flüssig, man konnte sie aber scheinbar noch nachkochen lassen.

E' un posto di eleganza sobria, che non diventa mai pacchiana. Il personale ha sempre un sorriso per te e ti fa sentire a casa da subito. Ho trovato leggermente scomodo entrare ed uscire dal bagno.

Das Frühstück und die Aussicht -Lage. Wir hatten uns gefragt, warum dieses Hotel nur 3 Sterne hat, da es in fast allen Erwartungen gut war. Jetzt wissen wir dies. - Das Hotel ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Fliesenböden. Wenn jemand im Zimmer (egal welche Etage) den Stuhl rückt, läuft, hustet oder duscht (über Klimaanlage) hört man dies fast im gesamten Haus (den Zimmern). Schade, da dies der einzige Makel war.Ohropax ist wichtig!!!

La posizione e la silenziosità. La camera, anche se non fumatori, puzzava di fumo, il materasso era talmente duro da svegliarsi con il mal di schiena, il cuscino talmente basso da farsi venire il male al collo.

Posizione tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggio. Il cameriere ti prepara il cappuccino a colazione, nonostante vi sia la macchinetta. Conosco l'hotel da tempo. Stavolta la camera puzzava di chiuso, tant'è che abbiamo dovuto lasciare la finestra aperta finché siamo usciti a cena.
