Set in Luson, Herolerhof has direct access to 3 km of cross-country skiing. It has a large garden with children's playground, plus a free sauna and Turkish bath, and a restaurant exclusive to guests. Herolerhof gives you the choice of rooms and apartments, all with a traditional Alpine design. All have mountain views, which vary according to their direction, south, east or west. They feature satellite TV, carpeted or wood floors and a private bathroom. Breakfast is buffet style, while the restaurant offers a fixed menu of South Tyrol specialities at dinner. Guests also have free parking and free ski storage. The small ski lift of Balbein is 6 km away and takes you to the children-friendly Luson ski slopes. The Plose and Gitschberg ski slopes are 20 km away. There is a toboggan run next to the hotel, and staff arrange guided tours on snow shoes. It is a very family friendly hotel with friendly and helpfull staff in a beautiful farmlike setting. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were sufficient and tasteful. Really a place I would return.

We arrived very late but they prepared our dinner even if the raustrant had been closed. It is located at the high point of the mountain of Ruson, so the view and circumstances are incredible. The owner and her famliy are heartly warm and friendly and the hotel as a whole is perfectly clean and beautiful. Highly recommendatable. I love to visit this lovely villege and fabulous hotel again somepoint of the future. We had trouble in getting there. But it was worth it!!!!!

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage auf dem Berg mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der Saunabereich und das Restaurant sind neu und besonders schön gestaltet. Die Familie betreibt eine kleine Landwirtschaft und verwöhnt die Gäste zum Teil auch mit Produkten aus eigener Erzeugung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker, besonders alles Selbstgebackene wie z.B. Rohrnudeln, Hefezopf, Gemüsestrudel, Käsenocken usw. waren ein Gedicht. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Wer auf Ruhe, Natur und hochwertiges Essen Wert legt ist hier richtig.

Anna la figlia e stata gentilissima...ci ha dato informazioni per le passeggiate e per le malghe aperte essendo in inverno non tutte sono accessibili ....dall hotel si possono noleggiare slittini e ciaspole....La posizione della albergo e favolosa ... La cucina ottima ....le camere pulite e spaziose ...la zona relax fantastica ,con grandi vetrate dove si può ammirare il paesaggio innevato...Gentilissimo anche il proprietario ,al mattino la macchina non partiva ci ha aggiunto un po' di additivo per il freddo e tutto e andato a posto . Bella vacanza.... Avevamo qualche dubbio per i ragazzi grandi invece si sono trovati super bene .

L'accoglienza,la cucina,il panorama, la disponibilità e la genuinità del personale. Se dobbiamo proprio dire cosa non ci è piaciuto...la strada per raggiungerlo è un pò strettina...ma si sa...nei masi alpini c'è da aspettarselo.

Arrivati e accolti con grande disponibilità da tutta la famiglia. Ambienti caldi e confortevoli. Buona la cucina;camere pulite, comode e silenziose. Albergo posizionato in un bellissimo contesto naturale. Unico piccolo neo è la mancanza nellascelta del menu.

Il panorama dalla camera era stupendo, le camere sono bellissime e confortevoli, ottima la colazione a buffet e lo staff gentilissimo. L'ultimo tratto di strada per arrivare alla pensione e' un po' difficoltoso ma nulla di irrisolvibile.
