The breakfast was suitable for both children and adults and there was plenty of good food to enjoy. The location of the hotel was tremendous within walking distance of all the historical sites. There was a bad smell in our bedroom which did not subside even with windows open. Would be better also, if there was more of a sitting area for families to lounge. |

Location was perfect. The staff was nice, and they did leave us alone. But always nice and polite and helpful when we wanted to speak to them. The breakfast was poor. And the coffe from the coffemachine was really bad. In our shower the water did not run away as it should... It took maybe 10 minutes after we finished showering, until the water was gone. |

great location, but expensive considering it is only 3 star the hotel occupies the top two floors of a 5 storey building, and the lower levels are appartments, and everyone has to share a common lift............... a number of times the lift was out of use because the doors were not closed properly.............very annoying it your on the 5th floor !!!! |

Guissepe at the Front Desk was lovely and very service-oriented. The room I saw on-line was not nearly what we received. Small but important things like masking tape on the wall, missing plaster on the door frame, light bulb out in bathroom. |

The staff were very kind and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. If possible, it would be more convenient if they begin to serve the breakfast from 6:30am. It should have been helped my early departure of the excursion for Assisi !!! |

Many thanks to Booking.com who phoned Dino at Hiberia who reserved a twin room on the 4th floor even though only a double was advertised. The room had a great view and was bigger than a standard room. The bathroom was huge with big windows - much nicer than modern hotels that just have an extractor fan. The beds were comfortable and thanks to the double glazing and shutters the room was quiet and dark at night. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location - all sights are within walking distance.Breakfast was varied and sufficient. Staff helpful and friendly - organised taxi to airport - well worth the 50 Euros. Nothing bad about the hotel but be warned that taxis from the train station to the hotel try to charge 20 Euros and it's literally a 5 minute drive. |

Our room was elegant and nice and we found the location good. Very close to the historic area with Colosseum etc. The coffee was not served to the tables at the breakfast. |

Staff at the front desk were excellent, buffet breakfast was better than most budget hotels in Rome Mould in the bathroom and our room opened onto a shaft and thus was very dark. Elevator whilst quaint can be a pain when people dont close the door and thus leave the elevator stuck on another floor |

Excellent location - within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Views from room on 4th floor were lovely Insufficient storage space - could do with a set of drawers and more coat hangers in wardrobe |

The location was excellent,it was really at the center of all visits. The decoration and the furniture of the hotel was very excellent. The aircondition of the quadraple room was very strong in one room but very bad for the other room ,I suggest to put 2 airconditions one for each room, will be more suitable |

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. Central location. Close to Trevi and other monuments. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were small. Beds creaked at night. lift couldnt go beyond 3rd floor. It was also quite old. |

The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The location was very good and within walking distance of many sights. The breakfast was the best variety I had while traveling through Europe. The room was booked for 3 people, and was rather small for that purpose. There were other rooms that were much larger than mine. Also, the extra bed was only a cot. The pillows were also too hard. |

We fell in love with the hotel, especially with your front desk staff, Rafael. He is so professional, accomodating, and extra friendly. As soon as we arrived, he made us feel so welcome. The location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start a full day of sightseeing. We are definitely recommending your hotel to our family and friends. If given another opportunity to visit Rome, we will stay at Hiberia. |
