The staff is helpful and speak English very well. This hotel is in a superb location for access on foot to Trevi, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Coliseum and Spanish steps. It's only a one Euro bus ride from Vatican City. The hotel is also well kept and has comfortable beds. Included breakfast options are very good. More of a European thing, but the showers are a challenge....small or hard to use without getting water everywhere. (In two visits now). This is not a show stopper given the other positives about this hotel. Also it was more expensive this time due to the season of travel and that compromised its value. |

Location was great, La Fontana di Trevi is just 3 min. walk. There is no heater in the room; anyway, that room was so small(3 stars really?) that we heated by breathing. |

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They told us what to pay for a cab etc. (so as not to be taken advantage of). We thought the breakfast was terrible. |

It's location was excellent. First day I was welcome by very friendly hotel staff. I like my small room too at 4th floor. Hotel Hiberia is more than 3 star. The room door is not easy to open and close. |

The breakfast was suitable for both children and adults and there was plenty of good food to enjoy. The location of the hotel was tremendous within walking distance of all the historical sites. There was a bad smell in our bedroom which did not subside even with windows open. Would be better also, if there was more of a sitting area for families to lounge. |

Location was perfect. The staff was nice, and they did leave us alone. But always nice and polite and helpful when we wanted to speak to them. The breakfast was poor. And the coffe from the coffemachine was really bad. In our shower the water did not run away as it should... It took maybe 10 minutes after we finished showering, until the water was gone. |

great location, but expensive considering it is only 3 star the hotel occupies the top two floors of a 5 storey building, and the lower levels are appartments, and everyone has to share a common lift............... a number of times the lift was out of use because the doors were not closed properly.............very annoying it your on the 5th floor !!!! |

Guissepe at the Front Desk was lovely and very service-oriented. The room I saw on-line was not nearly what we received. Small but important things like masking tape on the wall, missing plaster on the door frame, light bulb out in bathroom. |

The staff were very kind and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. If possible, it would be more convenient if they begin to serve the breakfast from 6:30am. It should have been helped my early departure of the excursion for Assisi !!! |

Many thanks to Booking.com who phoned Dino at Hiberia who reserved a twin room on the 4th floor even though only a double was advertised. The room had a great view and was bigger than a standard room. The bathroom was huge with big windows - much nicer than modern hotels that just have an extractor fan. The beds were comfortable and thanks to the double glazing and shutters the room was quiet and dark at night. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location - all sights are within walking distance.Breakfast was varied and sufficient. Staff helpful and friendly - organised taxi to airport - well worth the 50 Euros. Nothing bad about the hotel but be warned that taxis from the train station to the hotel try to charge 20 Euros and it's literally a 5 minute drive. |

Our room was elegant and nice and we found the location good. Very close to the historic area with Colosseum etc. The coffee was not served to the tables at the breakfast. |

Staff at the front desk were excellent, buffet breakfast was better than most budget hotels in Rome Mould in the bathroom and our room opened onto a shaft and thus was very dark. Elevator whilst quaint can be a pain when people dont close the door and thus leave the elevator stuck on another floor |
