The breakfast was pretty good, just wish that there are fresh fruits, and we like the fact that the kids room is separated but located all in one big room. We wish that there is a ramp provided to roll the baggages going to the elevator. We like almost everything. We also thought that the old fashion elevator is really a cool thing. One of the televesion in room 215 needs to be replace, doesn't function well, the volume not working, the air conditioning doesnt function enough for hot weather, needs alittle fixing. Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended. |

The staff were excellent. The hotel was right in the centre and was very good for a 3 star. The Hotel taxi driver took us to the wrong airport when we left. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, Italians with good English :) I really liked the room, was so peaceful, ac, dark and had a misterious old school vibe, very romantic place...I Had a great rest there...felt like a queen looking at the interiors..Bethrom had a great desing too, very clean, pitty the whirpools didn't work in the shower. And of course, location was just amazing, we didn't have to use a bus or cab at all...walking distance to all must see things. The most I didn't like was bfast, the same every morning, not very tasty, only small fresh buns, cheese and coffee could be accepted :) I did't like that there was no body lotion, no toothpaste, shower gel and no cotton buds. The old lift was a bit crappy too, however we did't mind to use the stairs for some extra calories burning ;) |

Central location, only a few minutes walk away from all the main sights of central Rome. Comfortable bed, in-room safe, and spotlessly clean, modern bathroom. |

Location within Rome. Cleanliness of room. Pleasant staff Limited breakfast, poor self-service instant tea and coffee machines. Kettle in room would help. |

very friendly staff, clean and quiet room with a view, breakfast good there were no free tea/coffee facilities, a bit more bathroom storage if we were staying longer would be better |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is extremely central and the Colossem, Forum etc are literally a walk away. The breakfast was more than adequate. I cose to stay at Hotel Hiberia, after reading guest reviews on booking.com and the place more or less lived upto my expectations. It was clean, safe & affordable! The room was a tiny little shoebox and I spoke with the staff about getting my room changed. However, they weren't able to do so, as other single rooms available didn't have an ensuite bathroom. The bedhead also had a damp patch. |

For a whistle stop two day tour of Rome, Hotel Hiberia was well situated for several of the main tourist sights. There was a bus stop just around the corner (where we caught the bus to the Vatican), but in the main we walked everywhere. You could walk just down the hill to some nice restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. Staff were very pleasant, English was good, and they were helpful with showing us where to go and what to see. The room was adequate, had it been plush it would have been a waste as we weren't in it very much - too busy sightseeing! Quirky old fashioned cage lift which felt James Bond like! We would recommend this hotel for location if we had friends who wanted a reasonable priced hotel purely as a base from which to spend most of their time sightseeing. |

Good location. Nice staff. Breakfast sufficient even if e.g. eggs sometimes were cold. Quiet rooms. Shortly the hotel was good and met my expectations. The first room has a slightly bad smell. Discovered next day that water from airconditioning was dropping at the wall-to-wall carpet. We got a new room that we were totally satisfied with. This kind of flooring is also a bad alternative in Italy where people walk with shoes on indoors making it dirty (even after cleaning). |

I'd return here like a shot. The location is truly perfect, good breakfast, Fast Internet in all rooms-they didn't charge me but usually they do. Aircon a bit old, but they provided a fan immediately on my request. Surprisingly quiet rooms, comfy beds, spotless, small, modern bathroom en suite. Higher rooms have great views, Phone, TV in all rooms. Superb value, Friendly staff speak English. My room (116) had no view & no bathroom window. |

The hotel was very clean and had a great location to visit all of the main tourist sites, especially if you wanted to be close to the Termini to go outside of Rome to the Beach! The lift was old and sometimes people did not close it properly, but that was other guests fault and it was rectified by staff quickly. |

Great location - easy walks to Colleseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. The Vatican is an easy bus ride away. Our room for four was two rooms - one with two single beds and one with a king bed (perhaps just two twins pushed together, I didn't notice). Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, various breads, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit. Nothing we didn't like. I would stay here again |

The location was fabulous and very walkable to all the sites. The staff was very helpful and most pleasant. They gave us a great room with a terrace without a request from us. We all loved the breakfast and accommodations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. |
