Very good location (5min. walk to the Trevi Fountain, 10min. from the Spanish steps), we stayed on 4th floor - large comfortable room with Jacuzzi tub, with beautiful view. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is for every recommendation. Good value for money for the service/comfort in the hotel! Not all of the receptionist were kind enough to explain the requested travel informations. But most of them were very pleasant. The tax is not included in your booking confirmation. You pay it extra while checking out.

The hotel was in a great central location, the staff were helpful and spoke English, and the room was clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. I thought it was good value for money for the location, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others. The breakfast buffet was included in the price was was very nice. I don't have any complaints - the hotel was just what I expected for the location and price.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hiberia. The staff was very welcoming and warm, recommending a terrific restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The Hiberia's location is simply perfect for site seeing all the ancient sites, and it's close to restaurants and shopping as well. It was very convenient to reach by bus from the train station. The breakfast offering was great, including coffee, juice, pastries, meats, cheese, and even hard-boiled eggs. Our room was a double with private external bathroom, #125. Although it was a small bedroom, it was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed to lay our heads at night after a long day of site-seeing.

Very friendly staff. Beware - external bathroom means its across the corridor to your room. Be sure and pack pyjamas! Twin room was tiny.

The location could not be better. You are in the middle of everything. We didn't use the metro or public transport once and walked everywhere. It was also very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast could be better. I struggled to find a plate or a knife. When I asked for one I was handed a small saucer which was not very useful. Maybe it's better to avoid the breakfast and grab a panini while you're out!

The hotel was central to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly.we had a three beded room, it was comfortible and clean. We used it as a base and this worked very well for us. Breaskfast was great, you helped your self, cereals, juices, crossants, toast, eggs bacon, tea coffee, set you up for the day. If your not looking for luxury but somewhere thats clean, comfortable, central, and staff friendly, this is the hotel for you.

Excellent location - close to all major attractions in Rome. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, willing to assist us in all ways. Room was spacious and well thought out. By far, one of the best places we stayed during our 4 week European holiday and we would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone.

Hotel Hiberia is a very pleasant hotel, which has excellent location. The hotel is ina a quiet street and surrounded by lots of monuments and main tourist attractions, also there are lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful." The main thing we didn't like was the breakfast. They could put some fruits or to try to be different every day because we have stayed for five dayd and the breakfast was every morning the same.

Everything was perfect, the staff (especially Raffaelle), the facilities, location and the price. The rooms were huge and clean and breakfast was varied. The hotel is within walking range of all the major tourist attractions, but in a fairly quiet neighbourhood.

The location is great. Stuff is very friendly. Room is clean although small. The internet point has only one computer and you pay 1euro/12 min. It is so slow and old that you cannot see anything in 12 mins. Room is a little narrow. The building, which is historica,l looks nice but needs refurbishment.

We liked the location, as it was very close to all the main tourist sites. As it was my birthday, we were allocated a room on the 4th floor, which was very nice, and had a view over the city. I loved the lift! The breakfast was more than adequate, and was better than we expected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the only fault we found was that there were no tea making facilities - it was a good job we had brought our own! Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hiberia and would stay there again if we go back to Rome.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all the attractions! Great access to Colosseum and Vatican! The service was great! The reception staff very helpful and well informed about the sights and the local shops and spoke good English. The room was good size, clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent filled with variety of choice; basically anything you want was there! Also, the reception has its own exchange of money which is perfect and you don't have to go to the local bank and loose half of the money!
