very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, very good value of money.. worth it, I will book again for sure
I liked the location, walking distance to everithing interesting, and to all major public transportation. The staff were very kind and helpfull.
The room was poorlly lit and the floor felt awkwered (as if not leveled), the bath had poor water flow and the toilets were hard to operate. The breakfast is very simple.
+ Location is great + Room and breakfast are good for the cost
- Elevator clearly needs to be renewed, it does not look safe (although it probably is) and is always not working. Several times we had to use the stairs (we were in the 4th floor)
the location , hospitality staff and the value . thank you
location, the staff were excellent & helpful, breakfast was very good
extractor of the bathroom makes a lot of noise, also you can hear other people talking from next rooms not only talking but also having sex..........
The room was spacious, staff was friendly, good breakfast, comfortable bed, proper WiFi in the room, inexpensive drinks in the minibar, good location, all for a very fair price
Nothing to add here
Our stay was excellent. Great staff especially in reception all the employees were excellent .The breakfast with nice omellete, cakes and croissants. Certainly we will came back!!
Usually the maid forgot to add bath ammenities every day.
Very friendly and helpful staff, decent sized room, very clean and the room felt secure. Location was perfect, couldn't have picked better!
Although we liked the room the bed was two singles pushed together and far too firm for our liking. The bathroom had nice décor and was clean but the shower needed updating (rusty mirror & broken switches for jacuzzi bath)
Beautiful room, large bathroom.
WiFi not free
Great location, nice staff, complete breakfast, big room. Great choice if you are spending some days in rome.
I was in a separate rooom (101)and the wifi had almost no signal. The bright side is that they already knew about that problem and gave us the wifi for free, of course without teling us why.
Staff were excellent- very helpful and very informative
No tea/ coffee making facilities in bedroom
The fantastic city view from our fourth floor room, how quiet the room was at the back of the hotel, the friendly & helpful staff, the combination of antique & modern features, the decor, the cleanliness, the generous buffet breakfast and the location. Pretty much everything!
1) The shower head had to be held by hand as the holder was damaged. 2) Don't know if it was my lack of skill with my smartphone but I couldn't connect to the WiFi. Lastly, being English, I would love a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea first thing in the morning & last thing at night. However, these are small things which didn't detract from our satisfaction. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would happily return and recommend to others.
the location was great for sightseeing, walking distance of Colosseum,Forum etc.The staff were extremely helpful, offering advice on restaurants within walking distance. They were also helpful about keeping our luggage when we checked out,as we were traveling late.
My own fault, getting a room with toilet outside.I found it a little uncomfortable, didn't bother my husband.Room rather small, not much storage space, but it was cheap so not complaining about this, just mentioning it.
Location was brilliant Staff very friendly Breakfast good with lots of choice
Not enough pillows on bed, although extra were provided their quality was poor
Really nice staff, great breakfast and really good located.
It was necessary to pay for the wifi.
Location Room Fairly quiet in busy Rome centre
Wifi too expensive (should be free nowadays) Noisy Moderate breakfast
Location excellent. In walking distance of major sites Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good level of english.Hotel nice and quiet. Cleaning service excellent. Felt very safe.
Would have been nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast rather than tinned. Would like to have had free wifi.
- Excellent location (accessible from anywhere); you don't need to take any bus/metro to visit most of the touristic attractions of Rome (2 (two!!) min to Palazzo Quirinale or Foro Traini, 5 minutes to Fontana di Trevi, 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, 15 minutes to Colosseum and Fori Imperiali; 20-30 minutes to Roma Termini railway station); - very clean rooms (everyday changing bed sheets);
- The breakfast is pretty rich, but the same every morning; it can be very unpleasant if you stay more than 2-3 nights.
Very good location
Wifi was not free Room was very small specially for what was charged
Good location and breakfast.
Very, very noisy through closed windows and shutters. Would have got free wifi if booked direct. €10 each otherwise.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and it was great that check-out wasn't until 12.
The wifi isn't free, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, also beware of the €4 city tax, its per person, per night
Staff helpful and friendly,Very clean comfortable bed a quiet location, good breakfast making a good start to the day and most sights within a reasonable walking distance.
Charges for wi fi although burger king around the corner is free.
