We booked 3 rooms for 6 nights, myself, my son & my mother. Excellent heating & hot water. They placed a kettle in our rooms on day 2. All staff from cleaning to front desk were very good. Internet was great when organised through front desk. They will do it for u. Good breakfast & Italian restaurant (part of the hotel next door). Very cheap but very tasty food & lots of it. I was also upgraded to bigger room w queen bed at no extra cost. Will return to Hotel Hiberia!
Awesome place. Price and location to quality was really good. I've been to many Italian hotels and never felt so welcome as in this one. Room was cosy and big enough to spend some time without felling claustrophobic. Perfect starting point for Rome sightseeing and ideal for young couple. Our windows were facing backyard therefore it was quiet as well. I recommend!
Breakfast was fairly good. The location was great. Within walking distance to Forum, right around the corner from Victorio, we even walked to Tirmini and enjoyed shopping on the way.
Internet was slow and unreliable. Bed is hard compared to US standards.
The location, was key. Right in the Trevi area it was central to everything and most sights within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Quadrooms we had were spacious, clean and comfy. It was just what we needed. Good Job and a Great Stay there.
Nothing not to like in my opinion. Maybe tea making facilities in the room would have been nice, but that didn't affect our enjoyment in the slightest.
the aircondition didn't work at least the first night. when i booked i had the idea that the room was biiger and with view. But ...
The location is really great. Walking distance to all places of attraction. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Good breakfast for the money paid All preliminary requests were met Value for money
No blanket slip (envelop), just a sheet - not very convenient/hygienic. Maybe this is a standard in Italy. But this is a minor thing compared to all the advantages of the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff Excellent location Value of money
The economy room very poor No facilty in the economy room Wifi not working in the room
- The bed was mega comfortable, I have a back-ache and the bed made it even go away! - The location is perfect - The staff is very friendly (although one of them wasn't massively) - there is a restaurant just beside the hotel which is very nice
- Just the fact the internet code didn't work, but we asked reception and got other codes and they worked!
Localisation was that what I loved most. It is literally few minutes walk from all attractions.
No bad experience, just for all our stay we had no wifi for some reason. Everything else was perfect.
Couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the money. Walking distance from all the main sights and with so much to see en route you don't even realise you've walked any distance anyway. Free wifi and friendly helpful staff. We asked for a city view and couldn't have been happier with it.
Nothing of note.
The elevator was amazing. Beautiful view from rooms window. Giuseppe at the front desk was very helpful, by organising for my phone charger to be posted to our next hotel (left it behind)
Its location. Majority of the attractions are very close by. The vatican was a nice walk if you have the energy. Great and safe area to stay in. Metro line was reasonable close.
I seemed to be the room closest to reception and the wifi was awful. It seemed to only work best in the lobby and would only allow one device to one code.
Bathroom is separate from bed room
The location, and staff communication was very good. Breakfast was awesome.
Internet can be connected to only one device.
Helpful staffs Excellent location
WiFi signal was not strong. It was difficult to validate in room due to weak signal. Soundproofing of the room was not good enough.
Comfortable and not too far away from interesting areas in Rome.
Good hotel in the city center of Rome.
Location, price, everything. I was allowed to have an early check in and a very late check out at no cost. Hotel Hiberia is fantastic for a foreigner traveller like me :)
the lift is old but that's the beauty of this hotel :)
very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, very good value of money.. worth it, I will book again for sure
I liked the location, walking distance to everithing interesting, and to all major public transportation. The staff were very kind and helpfull.
The room was poorlly lit and the floor felt awkwered (as if not leveled), the bath had poor water flow and the toilets were hard to operate. The breakfast is very simple.
+ Location is great + Room and breakfast are good for the cost
- Elevator clearly needs to be renewed, it does not look safe (although it probably is) and is always not working. Several times we had to use the stairs (we were in the 4th floor)
the location , hospitality staff and the value . thank you
