Hotellet kunde inte ligga bättre till, perfekt. Personalen vart mycket trevlig och bemötande. Rummet var väldigt fint och välstädat. Frukosten skulle kunna hålla bättre standrard med tanke på rummen och servicen. |

Läget samt okej frukost Vi bokade rökfritt rum men vi kunde inte använda luftkonditionering då det luktade alldeles för mycke gammal tobak. För mig är ett rökfritt rum, ett rum där man ej rökt tidigare. Rummet var ej färdigstädat när vi anlände, så det var bara att vänta. |

The location of the hotel was ideal. Centrally located for all our sightseeing, restaurant and shopping needs. The room was not available when we checked in so we had to stay in a different room the first night and changed to our room the rest of the time. The room was not as expected. It was plain but comfortable. We stayed at 2, 4* hotels in Florence that were less money and had tremendous ambiance. Very old world. |

It is fairly near to most of the common sites or places in Rome as it is very handy and you can reach most of them walking Most of the nights are noisy with children outside the hotel plus the noise of the police car even it is not the weekend days |

Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to almost all touristic spots. Good value for money. Quiet neighborhood, no/min noise. Breakfast satisfactory (choice, quality). Friendly staff regarding touristic help/arrangements. Window was too small. It took 30 min for the AC to start working/ cooling. Nowhere to sit (e.g. no lobby) in the entrance. Weak/no facility at the hotel. |

The location was perfect, you could walk to almost every major attraction. The staff was very helpful and spoke great english. We had a fantastic time in Rome! The rooms were a little outdated but we barely stayed in our room. |
