Spacious, well decorated and modern rooms. Comfortable beds, good TV, nice bathroom. Towels are changed every day. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Even though there was a kettle, it was impossible to use because of some plastic material in the water coming from it as it boils. There was a leaking pipe and the carpet in the corner was really wet.
Friendly staff, clean hotel
staff very good woman only.
breakfast not good, not there swimming pool , very slow speed net.staff man not helping for any information.
It's really far from the city and from the airport - I wouldn't recommend this for city sightseeing trips. You'll need a car to move around.
Clean and nice hotel, Staff was friendly, helped me with directions and plan for the rome visit
Location was a bit far away from public transport and did not have good choice of restaurants nearby
Good value for money.
Location is very remote. Very far from Airport.
the door and the walls of the room had poor sound isolation
very help full.
Good people and very good breakfast. It is good for self-driving tourists. clean and good quality to price...
If i can say, it is just a little bit far from the center. You take small train or subway to go. If on the train, it takes 40 minute, including walking and waiting. If taxi, 30euros. It will be good if you can share with your friends.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean...bed linen was changed every day.
Viber application is blocked on WiFi.
Smell of cigarrettes in the room. No WiFi connection in the room.
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful with parking (the lot was full) and finding the tram to the metro. The breakfast was one of the bigger ones we have enjoyed while in Italy.
The a/c was out in the room and it was terribly stuffy. We were able to open the door/window but it kept my children awake, especially when the trash was picked up in the middle of the night. The WiFi did not work. The "within walking distance" was to a tram that connected to the metro. We ended up driving because the staff said it could take up to an hour to get into the city via the tram and metro.
nice stuff very clean good breakfast smilling suff
40 min from termini station
Staff and cleanliness was good
Location was a pain
No Fridge in room
Everything, especially the staff who went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfast was superb, and the overall experience was brilliant
We were robbed in Rome on the metro, but the staff were fantastic helping us make phonecalls, sorting out the police. The manager drove my husband to the police station and translated for him...fantastic genuine friendlness. The rooms were spacious with free wi-fi accessed with a code. Good selection of T.V channels , however not in English. Breakfast had a good selection with prompt and efficient service. Light bar service available on site. Can be reached from Rome Termini station via public tranport although quite an adventure. Auchen supermarket across the road , playground nearby, fabulous pizzeria and pasteria with amazing icecream all five minute walk from the hotel. The metro with a thirty minute walk will get you to the hotel, and the tram plus ten minute walk will get you to the hotel.
The location, while it can be done by public transport, it is difficult. Would not be very comfortable with the area, but this sadly appears to be the case througout Rome.
helpful Staff, very big rooms, clean, good breakfast
Bright, modern hotel with a spacious room.
Lacking English speaking TV channels as were most of the Italian hotels we stayed at.
The staff was alright, they have a great guy who works there that is very social and sweet. The rooms were a good size.
The staff was odd, and didnt speak very much english. No restaurant in the hotel but breakfast which is all cake and donuts and canned fruits. Some bread and spread. Had to go to the grocery store and buy food. Make sure to convert money before entering Europe. Exchange rate is disusting!!! I would recommend save more moeny and be closer, it's way out of the way from centeral Rome. Going out at night was a pain cause its way to expensive to cab and if your going to drink, getting home is an issue.
Great value, only 100 euros per night in Rome, which is cheap. The hotel appears to be an old Holiday Inn Express, and it still operates the same way. It was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. You are about 20-30 min walk to the Metro, or you can take the hotel shuttle for 1 euro per person.
The breakfast was just ok; lots of variety, but nothing of high quality. You are fairly far from Rome's sights, but you are next to a a grocery store, and the nearest Metro stop takes you downtown in about 20 minutes.
