Albergo molto confortevole, ben tenuto e funzionale, piante vere ovunque, salottini e spazi per giocare a carte; Colazione ottima ed abbondante, cucina molto ben curata con sapori locali e piatti sempre gustosi, a prezzo più che equo; personale quasi tutto cordiale; zona relax con vasta scelta di tè e tisane; stanza ampia, pulita, balcone con vista sui monti, accappatoio e telo bagno in camera! Piscina con acqua un po' fereddina, vasca grande, ma senza idromassaggio; anche l'accoglienza iniziale è stata un po' freddina; mancanza di wifi nella camere: le carte da gioco meglio portarle da casa, perchè in albergo ci sono solo quelle di uso locale

Camera molto confortevole. La gentilezza del personale. L'abbondante colazione; sala da pranzo/colazione. SPA e piscina da rendere maggiormente fruibile , forse a causa della notevole affluenza l'utilizzo è stato un po' complcato.

Ottima posizione per scoprire Merano e i suoi mercatini senza essere in centro città. Comodo anche per raggiungere gli impianti di Merano 2000. I servizi benessere dell'albergo , piscina e sauna nuovi ordinati e puliti: perfetti (forse piscina un pò fredda). Pulizia al top e ambiente molto familiare. Forse qualche indicazione in più sulle proposte enogastronimiche per la cena per chi non ha mezza pensione.

Devo dire che confort e pulizia dell'hotel sono impareggiabili, se poi aggiungo cordialità e organizzazione potrei dire che se uno dovesse soggiornare da quelle parti, conviene che si fermi in questo hotel senza alcun dubbio. Il prezzo è compatibile con I servizi e da non perdere la colazione del mattino, veramente ricca e di alta qualità. Con questo sono convinto che la prossima volta che mi trovo da quelle parti andrò all' Hilburger.

Un bel indirizzo dove soggiornare, camere pulite e ben attrezzate, disponibilità di area wellness con 3 tipologie di saune diverse, colazione abbondante. Ottima posizione, fuori dal centro caotico di Merano (specie nel periodo dei mercatini di Natale), ma raggiungibile in 5 minuti d'auto.

Ich hatte ein schönes Einzelzimmer, modern funktional und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück, welches im Preis eingeschlossen war, freundliches Personal, keine riesige Auswahl, aber dafür gute Qualität (sogar die Rühreier waren noch cremig) Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Vor allem bei meinem zweiten Zimmer unter dem Dach, welches ich aufgrund einer Verlängerungsnacht bezogen hatte, sind mir die Nachbarstimmen und die allgemeine Geräuschkulisse auf dem Gang negativ aufgefallen.
