the staff was not helpful, rather close to being rude, even for Florence standards, everything was extremely expensive (the bar easily topped the price at the Piazza Duomo)

The hotel room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Totally loved the arrangement and the size of the bed. The bathroom and the entry was very clean and the overall experience was very very good. We specially liked the bed, it was so comfortable and it was the best sleep we had in a long time.The staff at the reception was very courteous and the checkin procedure was very smooth. The bathrooms were also very spacious and clean. Overall a very good experience.
Everything about the hotel was amazing except for the TV in the room, the room was so spacious and comfortable and it wouldve done better with a nice TV set with good sound.

Very comfi beds. The softness/hardness could be set up with a button the side. If you come late they have a restaurant they can call up and they will pick you up (and back). Dont expect luxury food though, it's a small familly restaurant. Direct public bus line dropping you off next to the cathedral, tickets for sale at the hotel desk. They have a waffle machine for breakfast

Good location, very professional and helpful staff, excellent value for the money (4 stars hotel with king size bed for 66 euros per night).
Our room in the hotel was flooded so we were upgrated to the other Hilten hotel in the city.
Clean and comfortable
Once you entered the hotel, everything was excellent.
Good sized, clean room (upgraded), close to supermarkets and a park (great for a run or outdoor exercise)
The gym really is really small, no free weights and poorly designed fix weight system. The bed was broken leading to broken sleep.
Food /room service/breakfast/cleaning
The room was large and airy with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we noth slept well. Breakfast was extra good with plenty of choice and meals in the restaurant were good and a reasonable price. Staff were helpful
Underground garage, comfortable and modern room, kind and expert staff.
The staff were amazing especially a gentleman by the name of Virgil. Comfort was great, could adjust bed hardness to suit your comfort. Bathrooms were great and the king deluxe room which we paid 20e a night for upon check in we're awesome. By paying for the upgrade we had parking for free. Restaurant good for brekky, will cost 20 or 24 euro if you buy when you're there. Taxis arrive within minutes or booking and approx 10mins into centre of Florence at a cost of 8-13euros depending on flag fall and time of day.
Location was only minor issue. Bus and taxis were really easy to use and only 10mins into centre of Florence.

Fairly close to the airport and only a 5 minute walk from a bus stop for the 22 Bus. Right next to a local park; neat find! Was a comfortable stay for the end of our 12 day trip. Onsite restaurant was delicious!

Alessandro Carletti , director of the hotel should be more interested in the hotel and what happens in it. Booking confirmation described a room as soundproofed. The first impression upon entering the room on the third floor were hums and rumbles. It was enough to leave the room to find the door that leads to the neighboring fire stairwell outside a building equipped with audible whirring fan in the entire north wing of the hotel. Reception staff have not got a solution regarding to whirring fan and refused to change a room due to fully booked hotel. I am experienced in such situations, so I was offered another room .... exactly vis -a-vis the same stairwell. Of course I refused and then received a room in the south wing of the second floor. There was also a fire staircase but the fan was quieter. I checked all the floors and there were noisy fans on each fire stairwell of the hotel wings (north and south). My satisfaction with the new room shattered when I found out that the fridge was not working. Solution proposed by reception staff was a plastic bag of 2 kg of ice to be inserted into the refrigerator what I accepted .... flood the next morning in the room. "Do not worry" - I said to my wife - "We are still at the Hilton" and I prepared the laundry. In the afternoon, clean clothes were hanging in the closet but .... wife blouse changed from gray to the color of pea green. When I complained to reception staff I heard that they use external laundry and do not know why the wife's blouse changed color. I was promised manager would solve the matter next day. Nothing was solved the next day, but I was offered not pay for laundry. I replied that, if in two days at the hotel I had met so many adventurous, what Hilton would prepare me for the third day. Prepared, charge for loundry was entirely on the bill. I refused to pay for the laundry what reception accepted - a small victory after a long battle :-)
Yours is a superb hotel; all staff very professional and friendly. Superb restaurant, very well appointed rooms. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we travel a lot.
Very well situated hotel, close to the airport and the city centre, too. The staff and room were fantastic, the room was clean and spacious.
The room was clean and nicely designed. The bed was very comfortable. Initially we had a bigger room with nice mountain view. Though there was no bathtub as per request through booking.com, so we requested for changes and we were granted a room with bathtub. There was also so-called small 24 hr convenient store in the hotel area selling food, drink, daily necessity with microwave. It is very convenient.
Some of reception staff was not really friendly.
