good accessibility from highway

The staff was extremely friendly and the accommodations were perfectly clean and modern. It was across the street from a beautiful park that was full of families. The fitness center was well equipped and the balcony had a great view. The place was very pleasant, and a short 5 minute taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The food in the restaurant was very nice, but too fancy for the hotel. I would have preferred a more local cuisine with better portions.

The adjustable bed

The price was perfect for the quality of the hotel. There was nice park right to the building and the view was nice. The room was modern, clean and confortable. There was a bus station close to the hotel and you reach the center just for 10 min.

Friendly staff who are most willing to help in anything. Room facilities are good, comes with coffee tea maker, spacious and very comfortable bed, bath tub is big too. It certainly has professional feel.

The town outside the hotel is rather quiet most times of the day. There is lack of food outlets and difficult to find food at night. Instructions from hotel staff on eatery location is vague. The design of the bed frame is not good, causing us to bruise our knees a few times. The shower tap handle design is not good too. I got a real big black bruise on my back that is still black after four days. Just got to be very careful.

Everthing is good,all renovation is new design and feel comfort. Friendly and helpful staff/reception. Will come back to stay here again. Wifi is free of charges in all room, not only lobby.

The most comfortable mattress, petfect for relaxing after the long city walk!

The staff and the room were fantastic. For breakfast, you can order fresh make capuccino,pancakes, omlets, etc... Before leaving the hotel, after breakfast you can also get coffe to go. Close to transports and free shuttle at weekends.

The bus to this hotel is confusing. It takes us a little time to find this hotel.

The Room was spacious and clean.Breakfast poor for Hilton standard in other cities.Very Bad WIFI connection ,in and outside the room

Far away from center and charge for parking. But have bus near by and free parking if you take upgraded room ;)

The room was big and nice, clean and had everything one needs. The hotel staff helped us with choosing restaurants to eat at and gave us any other info needed.

WiFi connection stopped working on the second day of our stay and the staff couldn't solve the problem

The room was very big and nice with all the facilities you might need (ethernet, free wifi, ...). The hotel is rather new, and thus the rooms are very nice looking. The bus stop for downtown Florence is only 2 minutes away, and takes around 20 minutes to go there. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the rooms are well isolated so we did not hear any noise. There are car park places near the hotel (free) or there is a underground garage (pay).

When we arrived at 11:30am the room was not ready and would not be ready before 2:00pm. This was quiet annoying as we needed to change, and wanted to rest a little. So even though it was said in the hotel information, I think this is not so nice, and we had to change in the bathroom, even though they were very nice and clean. The price was quiet high for such an hotel in Italy. But in the end for us it was quiet ok, compared to other hotels, and the quality of the hotel.

The hotels bed was in it's self very comfortable but the base that the mattress sat on stuck out considerable around the corners and on numerious occassions both myself and my partner banged our shins with bruises to prove! In the restraurent the toaster did not work giving up in the end, the hot water jug was dangerous as the hot water splashed out while pumping it out. I requested pancakes which had been forgotten and when they arrive came out burnt if I was not in a rush would have not considered them acceptable.
