The wet room style bathroom was a bit of a nuisance if you wanted to keep your feet dry after the shower has been used. Buffet breakfast was very average...have you ever stayed in the Hilton in Amsterdam, it is top class.

Bed and linen marvelous. Cleaness and enovated rooms. Service above 4* standards (they sent us a bottle of proseco). Parking very safe. Very good choice for Venice. View is not so special, but no problem with perfect inside. Very good price for Venice price level!

Great location with bus stop to Venice right in front of the hotel. You get the tickets at the reception. Very attentive staff, really helpful. Nice room with a wonderful bed. I slept like in heaven (not that I have been there already).

Excellent hotel

A new hotel close to the airport, near the bus stop to Venice every 15 minutes a bus is very convenient. Very comfortable beds, slept great.

Instant rather than brewed coffee

This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. It doesn't get much easier/cheaper than that. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was really awesome too. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot of other hotels in Italy, and this was by far one of my most user friendly experience.

A good hotel in a good location and the price. Near bus stop, 10 min to Venice !

Very, very thin walls so much as a cough from a neighboring room. Given room for invalids without glass in the shower ... Flood was a huge.

Good connection with the city of Venice

The location is great, 10 minutes away from Venice and with the bus stop at the front of the hotel.

Pay 5.60 euros for city taxes just for a couple of days.

Once we reached Mestre we had to call hotel for direction. We requested a pickup by the hotel which is 14 euro. Hotel is conviniently located. Outside the there is busstop which stratight takes to Venice in 10 mins. Staff was quite nice and helped us in showing map and how to get around. Hotel olso sells Bus tickets. Breakfast had quite a range of food.

We were going to a match in Udine and decided to have a night in Venice on the way back , the Hilton garden provided great vakue near city and airport

Homely and friendly

We got a fire alarm in the mid-night during our stay and we have to stay in the lobby for over one and half hour, the staffs seemed not knowing how to handle such an incident. No apology were given to the guests afterwards
