The Hilton Rome has improved magnificently since I stayed there two years ago You have obv iously devoted time and money to make your hotel and its staff very good. And the new price of E155 was great! We'll be back! Jean & Vic Cavallao |

Location location location convenience was great, but the expense would make me hesitate on staying in the future. Reservation couldn,t be found by front desk, which can be nerve racking after a very long day of travel. We arrived at 6:00 pm to find we didn't have a room, when in my possession I had a computer print out of reservation confirmation. After an anxious ten minutes we were "upgraded to an executive room". Upon checkout I found my credit card was overcharged and am working with customer service to correct. This one night stay was the only bad point of a ten day trip where we stayed at four other facilites without issues. This is not a good reflection on the Hilton chain. |

The closeness to the airport. One of the staff members entered our room unannounced at 8am and woke us up. It was a little unnerving knowing that they can come in whenever they want. |

Interior design , buffet , friendly and good looking elegant staff, shuttle free of charge to Rome. Rooms are very much overpriced ( 240 euro a night!!)!! ( cheap uncomfortable beds, No refrigerator, 12/12 inch tv???!!!) Room service overpriced ( $64 for 1 cup of macaroni and vegetable soup, 4 slices of half dried bread, one 8 oz. Bottle of sprite??!!!!) Removed location from any kind of interesting sight. |

Close proximity to airport which made for a very stress-free transit out of Italy. Walkway to airport was very suitable. Room was very satisfactory. Staff were helpful and responsive Room rate was expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at in our 3 months in Italy. Food prices were similarly not good value for money. No brochure in room to explain costs for use of facilities like TV and internet; most hotels have an introductory booklet explaining all services and charges. |

Wonderful staff, well trained, rooms nice, good location-BUT misrepresented on website as to access to international departure Again, website was not clear as to access to international departure gates, there was no shuttle to international gates. The buffet was well displayed and enticing; was not worth the price because was tastless; some of the foodstuffs were frozen; staff was too busy to pay attention to our needs. Overall, the worst and most disappointing meal ever at a Hilton facility |

It is a very convenient location when on eis taking an early morning flight. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels, and this one was the least nice by a considerable margin. The rooms are badly in need of renovation, the furniture not very nice, and there are no rugs. This is also the first hotel I have ever stayed at that whree the staff refused to print out my boarding pass. |

We liked that it was connected to the airport. We were not impressed by the staff in the restaurant. We felt the meal and wine offered for what we paid was very poor and comparable to McDonalds. |

The comfort of the room. The food in the restaurant and the service. I chose this hotel based on the internet advertising that you could walk with your luggage through the tunnel to your terminal. We left from terminal t-5 which would be a thirty minute walk with luggage. We had to find a shuttle to take us there. Very disappointing. |

I selected this hotel strictly to make it easy to get to the Rome airport for a morning flight. The price of food was outrageous and the whole scene was quite impersonal and institutional. |

That is was walking distance, through corridors, to FCO airport. Somehow, two extraneous charges showed up on our credit card that we did not make. They charge to watch regular TV. In 29 years of traveling and staying in hotels around the world, I've never had anyone charge for regular TV access. |

We had a Club King room Space of the room was good. The location and free shuttle service into Rome was great. Staff friendly and informative. We arrived late in the evening as planned and were given room 3001 right next to service room sounded like people moving furniture all night and bangs and trolleys being moved around in the early morning not what you want or expect |

very close to the airport used the skywalk which was very simple. also porovided a free shuttle into rome which was very nice. we are from america and the channels were all in italian which we expected but we couldn't rent any movies on demand because it wasn't workind we called 3 times and no one fixed it. |

This is a great airport hotel. Dont moan about the price! It is expensive, but it is the best hotel at fco. I stayed in an executive room, as i had access to the club room with free snacks and drinks. The room was huge, and had views to the taxiway. I could see aircraft take off and land from my window. There was no noise either. The gym and swimming pool were very good, and the buffet available at the restaurant was very good. This is an expensive hotel, but Hilton have got this right, (at last) Irecommend this hotel as a wind down from a 2 week tour of italy, before flying home! Paying 26 euros for the internet for a day was very steep. |
