Hilton Rome Airport    

The location was perfectly inside of airport and connected to the terminal using a pedrestrian walkway.

The staff service was very slow and not very polite.

Staff were very pleasant, room was good, location was what we wanted before we flew out close to airport, don't usually like staying at big Hotels.

Loved the Hotel facilities. There was free wifi in the lobby of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The TV was large. Everything was very clean.

All good. Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is located is 10 min walk from T1. Bed very comfortabe. Hotel's restaurant really worth to try!

Hotel rooms maybe need some renovation. Overpriced drinks.

We ordered room service and specifically told them my husband had a dairy allergy and that we wanted a vegetarian pizza with no cheese, we even called twice to make sure they understood. One hour later the pizza arrived, cold, and with cheese. Very poor customer service. We stayed on the executive floor, paid extra for this and there was no free Internet access. We had to pay extra or go down to the lobby.

Staff are efficient, hotel is run efficiently and rooms have everything that you would require on an overnight stay. Walking time to Airport check- ins was about 5 – 10 mins. and all under cover. As would be expected it tends towards being clinical rather than luxurious. The restaurant was of the fast food variety and staff again agreeable and efficient.

Free WIFI in public areas otherwise there is a steep charge for connection. Whilst accepting that if WIFI was free then the charge would be applied elsewhere, I feel put off staying where the charge is an extra. There can be very few travellers who do not require access to WIFI for at least one appliance. It is similar to low cost airlines charging for all essential extras in order to drop the headline cost.

Absolutely best "Check in" i have ever encoutered. After having navigated the ridiculous 5 min.(turned out to be 40 mins) walk from Rome airport To Hotel, lugging the luggage we ,two women ages 83, and 80 arrived at the desk of the Hilton out of breath and exhausted. Check -in was friendly, organized and quick. Not worth the price but we were only staying for the night before catching an 11am flight the next day. Never again Stay at a Lodging 15mins away by Taxi.

I used Booking com 4 times before starting on an organized tour. Al ways had the worst room in the hotel.

broken TV Hard to find (not enough signage until you are pretty close) - this was an issue with a late arrival and scarcely anyone to ask in the airport.

Hotel linked to airport so very handy as a stopover. Facilities are good. Breakfast is good and buffet dinner is good.

No free wifi and very expensive.

The hotel was much more expensive than a wonderful hotel I stayed in two blocks from the Vatican, earlier in my trip. That hotel had wi-fi in the rooms, included in the price, and had a beautiful breakfast bar included in the price. It's location was excellent as well, and they charged 130 Euro a night. This was a far better value for my money than the Hilton airport, which didn' t have free wi-fi in the rooms (!- how could they not have this when they charge so much, and seem to cater to business people!), and charged 210Euro per night?! I did appreciate the free shuttle to the colloseum which I used once, though I could have gone into town with my eurorail train ticket. I also appreciated the shuttle to terminal 5 for my flight out.

I didn't like that the Hilton doesn't have free wi-fi in the rooms (! really?!), and didn't have a breakfast included. The price I paid, 210 euro a night, should have included both of these things. I will not recommend the Hilton because of these two things.

Convenient and clean room. Great noise insulation. You don't hear any noise from the very near airport. Walking distance to terminal

See did not like. The staff was very responsive. It was expensive but was what it said it was.

The hotel advertises free WiFi, but that is not true. it is available in lobby, but when we arrived the system was unavailable because there were 50+ teenagers in the lobby using the internet and the system was overloaded. They stayed on it until my bed time. That said, the staff was very responsive. There is a premium internet available for 20 euros they tried to sell. When I and others complained, they gave it to us. At 200 euros a night in 2013, an extra 20 for the internet is very bad form. Charge everyone an extra 10 and give it away.

The hotel is a great location for early morning departures from fco. The staff was very friendly.

The computer and printer to use for checking in for flights were costly and didn't work. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to retport this and get a refund.
