Smell! No art. No chairs or a place to sit. Scary!

Large clean room. Quiet, despite central location. Laptop was a real plus. The staff, especially Tomaso who gave us great restaurant recommendations, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfect Location! There is plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby the apart. Moreover the best ice-cream in Rome is 100 m far. You may have the best food in Rome just by walking for 5 minutes. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Bed was not the best but it is ok. A little bit of noisy.

It was an amazing place and we very much enjoyed staying in this modern space. The location is incredible. very central and very attractive location with many restaurants and places to spend time in.

The location of Hip Suites was fantastic. Perfect for a short weekend break. Friendly, helpful staff and the airport pick up service is very useful.

The location is suburb, the apartment was very nice basic but good, the staff is great.

The shower needs to be renovated. And I believe they should place a cupboard for clothes in the bedroom of the apartment.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, when we return to Rome, will definitely want to stay here again. Were within walking distance of all the ancient sites. It was like having your own place in the centre of Rome.

Noise from the lively streets below - simply meant you could not sleep with the window open.

I loved how central it was. Tomaso the manager was very helpful and friendly. It was clean but could have been more luxurious.

That it did not have a bath. It should have provided breakfast on site, not at a cafe down the road. That there was not full time service at reception.

Probably the best overall hotel-experience for me in the last years. The hotel rooms are very nicely equipped (incl. free Laptop), WLAN is working perfectly and the location is top.

The hotel room is not large, but for this is totally acceptable.

i liked the friendly staff and the location was perfect......convenient but not in the busy touristy part of Rome. Convenient to bus if needed to go to the train station.

my room was very small....no room to put my opened suitcase. It was considered a double but it must be their smallest room. I had a choice of two restaurants to go to for breakfast with my coupon which is OK if the weather is fine otherwise.......

Location cannot be surpassed. The staff can lead you to great sites and restaurants.

A bit pricey. The street noise is noticeable .. but we didn't mind.

The location of the hotel is perfect. From there you can explore the whole City and the area is very nice. The staff are super helpful, really understand the city and are happy to help and offer advice. The rooms are large, clean and I was very happy to stay there.

I could hear the guy upstairs but it wasn't really an issue and expected in a city.

Location and cleanliness. Right in the heart of the restaurants in Trastevere We walked the whole city from here. This is not like a normal hotel, more like a serviced apartment which was fine for us. Breakfast is in one of the many cafes in the area about 2 mins walk away.

No English news programs on the TV, in fact no English programs at all. The hotels central location can make it difficult for the large airport taxis to get to at night when all the restaurants are open because of the outdoor seating and the small lanes around the hotel. We were dropped off around the corner and had to drag our bags and ask around for the hotel. It is not well signposted.

Location is perfect for young and hip travellers. The room are spotless clean, the bed and sheets are new. And the best of all, Tomaso, the Manager - very very helpful and excellent recommendations.

The rooms are small, especially if you reserve the single room and the bathrooms are tiny with very little moving space - so mind your hands and head while having a bath. No room service, and very little facilities.

Breakfast is horrible, bedlinen is poor. Shower is unpleasant.

The staff are very attentive

Not have 24 employees, just in the morning, with that each guest gets a key to the ordinance. I think the more correct name for this place would be: apartments for rent.

Excellent location. Tomaso was extremely helpful with information and advice.

Only would suggest shower facility could be improved. Bit awkward to use shower curtain arrangement in the room to prevent water splashing.

friendly staff , helpful, clean , quiet (in a room not on th street), not overly fancy but good value, hot showers would recommend and visit again

Location is ideal and is the main draw. Clean rooms. Big enough. Staff are friendly; accommodating.

Certainly a clean liveable place with no major flaws but doesn't blow you away either.

Moderate price

Hip Suites is a very confortable place if you plan to visit Rome for a few days. The host was very kind, they helped us making reservations on Villa Borghese and also printing our voucher to Vatican. The place is very confy and is situated in Trastevere, a very good place to eat (lots of good restaurants). It is also pretty close to the very center of Rome. They have wifi and provide you with a laptop. That is a confirmation of it cose we read about many places that claim they have wifi wich they don`t and this was one of our pick condition. Our room was large enough to accomodate two persons and was cleaned tightly. We had towels changed every day. Overall we had a pleasent staying and would definitely recommend the place.

Our room faced the busy street that was a bit noisy even with the windows closed in evenings when we came back. We didnt mind too much as we were tired enough to fell asleep soon. There were also other rooms that didnt have this inconvenient so if that matters keep this aspect in mind.

Hip Suites is a gem in the busy city of Rom. We really enjoyed the location – all the food, shopping and local activity in Tastevere added a lot to our vacation. The staff was also very accommodating; getting us into our rooms early and giving us directions around the city. The room itself was really cute, very stylish yet not overdone. We felt right at home.
