Offering an outdoor pool with views of the Tuscan hills, Villa Bordoni is located in Greve in Chianti. The property features free Wi-Fi, and an on-site restaurant with cooking lessons.

The breakfast buffet was very good and you were able to get eggs from the kitchen. The view from the dining area was amazing. The villa and staff are amazing! The only thing I would recommend is to rent a car in Florence and drive, there isn’t any other transportation unless you use a car service.

Antico Pastificio, hotel in Greve in Chianti

Located in the village of Greve in Chianti, Antico Pastificio is just behind the main square with its restaurants and shops. It offers rooms and apartments and a large garden with swimming pool.

Our 3-night stay at Antico Pastificio was wonderful! The location was perfect for me traveling with my son and his girlfriend. We rented an apartment which was on the street side of the building. The accommodation was great with comfortable beds, nice linens and easy check-in. Being steps away from the piazza in Greve was the best. Waking up and walking to the patisserie for breakfast and aperitivo and/or dinner after touring the Chianti region was easy! We had a car and pulling in was tricky, but you get the hang of it quickly.

Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations.

Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations. The only criticism I have is if you plan on having dinner at the hotel inquire about the price as we were quite surprised by what was charged for dinner, a very, very pricey.

Beautiful countryside, easy to get around. Lots of little places to discover in the area and beautiful buildings, wineries, restaurants etc. All excellent quality and not outrageously priced. Perfect place to stop between Florence and Rome.

This is a small yet charming Tuscan town.

This is a small yet charming Tuscan town. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning. We enjoyed using Greve as our homebase for a few days as we explored this area of Tuscany. It is well situated to visit Siena and San Gimignano for a day trip. There are several lovely All-Trails hikes in the area as well as local wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Restaurants were all good, and wine delicious and inexpensive. You definitely need a car; there are free parking spots as well as paid (6 Euro/24 hrs).

Greve is a great small town and the people are fantastic!! so many fabulous restaurants to eat at and shop and the perfect location to visit a thousand wineries!! the landscape is gorgeous and it is so easy to get around, you definitely need a car but everything is so close to get to and you can still do great day trips to farther towns! We had a great time staying here in September! The appartment was larger than expected and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Martina gave us the best tips and took the time to explain about their olive oil (and wine) production. The entire property and its surroundings are beautiful and since you’re right in the middle of the Chianti region, it’s easy to explore a beautiful part of Tuscany. We loved to stay here and hope to return some time, definitely recommend!

There was nothing not to like about Podere Campriano. A beautiful Tuscan property on the outskirts of Greve run by a lovely family. Rooms were nicely sized with a view of the countryside, a complimentary Chianti Classico on overall, option for a 10 euro breakfast, 3 gorgeous dogs to greet us whenever we returned from a day out, a pool with a view of Montefioralle and surrounding Chianti hills. It was our favourite accommodation experience of our trip through Italy.

What’s not to like? It’s absolute perfection! This was our second visit to Borgo Del Cabreo. The property is situated amongst the vineyards with stunning views from every angle. The accommodations and grounds were immaculate. The staff were hospitable, easygoing and very accommodating. As always the breakfast was an impressive bountiful display of delicious breakfast choices. Borgo Del Cabreo is the best place to stay while exploring the Chianti region.

perfect holiday in Chianti. this is our third time in Tuscany, but certainly this was the best accommodation we had. really good for taking a break from the world. fully recommend to eat dinner also on the premises (we also tried other restaurants, but here was the best food we have - never change the chef :d). everything was clean and all the staff was very kind and helpful. if you are in doubt to whether to book this place or not, go for it!

Our stay at Savignola was spectacular! We were blown away by the beautiful scenery and grounds, the kindness and expertise of the hosts and staff, the incredible wine, the top-notch accommodations, and the list goes on. It was a magical place and made for one of the best vacations. We hope to return and bring the rest of our family because everybody should get to experience the wonders of Savignola.

Unique ancient building so layout of apartment was naturally a little quirky. we loved our stay, Montefioralle was tiny and gorgeous and the views were all you dreamed of Tuscany. Enjoyed doing a wine tasting with our helpful host who helped with bags and runs a small wine business down stairs. Short drive to Greve which had the most amazing delicatessen/general supplies shop. Good kitchen set up.

Our host Anna was wonderful and treated us like family. The rooms were nicest of our trip and she prepared the best breakfast we’ve ever had with homemade bruschetta and cakes! Beautiful location very close to Greve in Chianti. Was perfect for last night before returning rental car at Florence airport and catching train to Rome.

This agriturismo is very cute. The position is super strategic to visit Chianti area of Tuscany. The views around just wonderful. But the most important thing about this place are people who work there. Because the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable.
