Modern, clean, and well equipped hotel for moderate price. Appropriate for families with small children.

When we arrived at the hotel there had been a mix up with our booking and we had a doulble room not a family , Francesca on reception was very appologetic and offered a child cot/bed for the room and also gave us complimentary drinks in the bar to say sorry ....As it was the weekend the restaurant was closed but the hotel have a link with 2 nearby restaurants ,so Francesca called to reserve us a table and the owner of the restaurant came to collect us from the hotel with child seat in the car and also took us back to the hotel after the meal ...We had an early flight the next morning so we asked for a taxi to be ordered for 5.30 am and when we left for the airport the receptionist gave us yoghurt and biscuits for our little girl to take for breakfast ...the staff were amazing couldn't do enough for us ...the hotel was only 10-15 mins from the airport with taxi but need to get 2 buses from the airport ....would definatley stay here again ...

Not so easy to find

I have stayed in many Hotels including some Holiday Inn Express all over the world because i am a keen traveller. The hotel staffs at this particular hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I had booked 2 rooms for my family and we all thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and their facilities, However, If the hotel provided a fitness facility, Spar and Swimming (instead of having to go across the road) and more recreational facility for children then I would give it a full 10/10

Not enough things to do for children in terms of recreational. Not having a restaurant to dine within the hotel or gym facilitly

Le stanza pulite e grandi, la gentilezza del personale , l'area giochi per I bambini e le ottime macchinette per cappuccino, caffè ecc per fare colazione

La mancanza del frigo bar in stanza e un uso della televisione troppo complicato per una persona che non ha dimestichezza con la tecnologia.

Είναι λίγο δύσκολο να βρεις το ξενοδοχείο έστω και με ενημερωμένο gps.Αν δυσκολευτείτε να το εντοπίσετε και τηλεφωνήσετε στο ξενοδοχείο όμως θα σας κατατοπίσουν.Είναι εξυπηρετικοί.

Su personal es muy amable, y las indicaciones que nos han dado sobre como movernos y las opciones de restaurantes, han sido muy acertadas.

No en sí la ubicación, que es correcta, si se tiene coche, pero intentaría mejorar la colocación en el mapa de publicidad en sí, Mozzo no aparece en el gps, desde el auropuerto hasta el hotel das muchas vueltas hasta encontrarlo, por ejemplo, daría mas aplitud a la dirección postal en su propia publicidad y referencias. (Junto a Puente San Pietro, por ejemplo que si aparece en los carteles de la carretera, o dirección Leco - Como) Mozzo solo aparece cuando llegas.

Per quanto mi riguarda il prezzo, solo 33 euro per un tre stelle. L'hotel era comunque molto pulito, ordinato, ben tenuto, pari al nuovo in ogni sua parte. Gentilissimo l'addetto al receptions. La camera era grande, ben arredata, dotata di un bel divanetto di fronte alla tv Lcd la quale disponeva del miglior sistema di intrattenimento che abbia mai visto in un Hotel. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Se posso ci torno anche ad un prezzo superiore. Nei pressi di un grande parco commerciale con cinema ristoranti...

Manca solo il frigo bar in camera e poi merita il massimo dei voti. Bello pulito e molto confortevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
