This hotels position was convienent for my business trip, which invovled driving to various locations in the outskirts of Florence and the surrounding countryside. Unfortunately one of the reasons for booking this hotel was the fact it had a pool, which for the few days I was there was closed for maintenance. As it was 37 degrees and humid a swim would have been very enjoyable.

The silence, breakfast, and cleanliness. The staff was so polite. There was not shampoo! In our room. And in one of out rooms there wasn't any tool to making tea!

As far as location, good connection with major highways if traveling by car (parking included, and that's a plus). Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Internet access was very poor, it's a bit far away from downtown.

Overall experience was very good - room is clean and staff are friendly and can speak good English. Parking is abundant and free, Easy access to highway a1. Not within walking distance to the city center.

We only stayed one night and that was just a stopover so the room was adequate for our purpose. The staff were great; really helpful in researching our requests, breakfast was very basic. When we come to Florence again I''ll have no hesitation in staying with you Wasn't there long enough to experience/observe any shortfalls

I liked the cleanliness of the toilet. The location is not bad for me because it gets a bit away from the crowds in city center. The hotel is ideally suited for my family visits. Not crowded by tourists and some peaceful stay with privacy. The breakfast offering is fine, but lacking in bread choices.

Le condizioni e la pulizia della stanza Dopo la prima notte mi sono stati cambiati tutti gli asciugamani anche se erano di fatto puliti e rimanevo per altri due giorni: mi è sembrato un po' uno spreco (forse è una procedura standard perchè era il fine settimana?). Gli asciugamani erano appesi al loro posto quindi non avevo dato indicazione di volerne altri.

The location of the hotel was perfect especially when traveling with a car. Free parking was a game changer in our hotel of choice. It is unacceptable in the year 2012, when almost all the hotels in the world offer free wifi internet access, to get charged insane amounts just to check your e-mails and expect to attract businessmen and foreign visitors.

Reception cortese e disponibile aldilà di quanto normalmente ci si puó aspettare. Bella l'idea di lascuare qualche ovetto di cioccolata in camera, visto il periodo pasquale. La pulizia della camera lasciava perplessi, in bagno c'erano capelli sui muri della vasca e dietro alla porta. Ho soggiornato in una superior.

Cortesia dello staff, struttura tenuta bene, colazione discreta e parcheggio gratuito. Fermata dell'autobus davanti all'hotel per l'andata (Europa 04) e per il ritorno (Francia) Posizione comoda per chi arriva in auto ma lontano dal centro di Firenze. Autobus non disponibili in tarda serata e quindi è difficile godersi il centro di Firenze di notte.

Comodità per la vicinanza della fermata dell'autobus diretto per il centro città e il parcheggio. Senza alcun motivo ci sono stati addebitati 4 Euro in più al giorno rispetto a quanto fissato al momento della prenotazione. Le nostre 2 email di richiesta di spiegazioni non hanno avuto risposta.

La posizione, a 15 min di autobus dal centro; le fermate sono proprio sotto l'hotel. Il parcheggio anche se non è custodito Sono andato a fine ottobre, in camera nel pomeriggio faceva caldissimo anche se dalle bocchette l'aria calda non usciva, le finestre non si aprono completamente e l'impianto di condizionamento era spento perchè ormai vicino all'inverno; volevamo riposare ma siamo dovuti uscire per il caldo. Siamo stati 2 notti e la prima mattina non arrivava l'acqua calda...per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa in più
