Good breakfast and good pool for a city hotel. There is a direct bus for the city center. Dificult to find if you are driving. There are no signs. |

We arrived by car so we were looking for somthing close to the city, but not in it. The hotel was very convenient to the highway, but still quiet, and did not charge for parking. Breakfast was very good, room was big, internet downstairs, easy and direct bus to the city center. If I were going to Florence again with a car, I would stay here again. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Fitness room was outdated, but pool was nice. Exterior is outdated as well but not a big deal to me. |

Big pool, Busstop near the hotel to downtown Florence, additional bed for the child was a very uncomfy couchbed, staff could be more friendly |

very nice staff at the front desk the service at the bar and restaurant is absolutely non exisitant, we had to wait 45min after our main course to get the bill which we did not ask for, we wanted a dessert and a coffe but it was obviously to much to ask for. There is no other restaurant around the hotel otherwise we would have left the table after the 20 min we were seated with not even a "hello". |

Gostei mais do café da manha e do banheiro. O carpet esta muito velho precisa ser trocado. O hotel em si precisa de uma boa reforma. O barulho entre um quarto e outro passa entre as paredes. A limpeza usa produtos muito fortes e o quarto fica com cheiro um tanto desagradável. |

Otimo custo beneficio. Bom para quem está de carro, pois caso contrario, é bem longe do centro. Otimo cafe da manha. Quarto super confortavel e limpo. Muito bom. Excelente! |
