Comfort of room and restaurant. No wifi in rooms, a big problem for business users. Its in a poor location, my taxi driver could not find the hotel location. |

the room was clean and spacious, good communicated with the fair thanks to the free bus from the hotel and breakfast was great. There were mosquitos in the room and bathroom, the reception staff were serious and very little smiling and besides we were misinformed about prices or ways of how to get back to Malpensa airport, we had to find out the cheaper and best way at the train station close to the hotel. After waiting more than 40 minutes to be served at the restaurant in the evening, the food was mediocre and pasta was not "al dente" but very undercooked. |

It's close to the Rho train station. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. You can park your car at the hotel. You have to take the train at Rho that takes you to Porta Garibaldi and then change to the metro to get to central Milan. I would mostly recommend this hotel for people who are just passing by (as was my case) or doing business at Rho Fiera. If you're a tourist visiting Milan it would be more practical to stay closer. |

Breakfast was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. The design and interior of the hotel was also very nice. It was very difficult to find (the street number was not provided so that the navigation could not give the exact direction). |

hotel was very elegent,the room was great and the bed was very comfortable. staff insisting to enter room to count minibar while i was resting on all the days of my stay..even though i complained to front desk.. a real pity. |

The room was clean, free parking in front of the hotel, reasonably quiet area. Breakfast was not a proper "Full American Breakfast" as advertised. Not a good selection of hot food. The restaurant didn't offer many choices for evening meals, we had to walk a couple of kilometres to find a restaurant with a decent selection. |

Very friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed, design furniture, great bathroom. Quiet. A/C. Well located to reach Milan by train. Expensive breakfast that we have not tried. |

This is quite new hotel, the room is big enough and I like the room design, very clean and breakfast is good. They offer Free Internet access with cable. I hope they can have wi fi in the near future, if you are going to attend the fair, then this hotel is nice to stay. There is no Wi Fi, if they can build up Wi Fi internet access, this is a big plus. The public transportation is not so convenient, I tried to go to Fiera with their free shuttle service, but it seems to have some limit. |

Nous avions le petit déj. Inclu mais par manque de temps de le prendre en salle de petit déjeuné je suis allée chercher un jus d'orange au buffet et la gouvernante ma fait remarquer qu'il était interdit de prendre en chambre un verre et qu'elle était obligée de me facturer €5.00 de supplément alors que nous avions payés pour tout un petit déj. Que nous n'avions pas pris et à été très malhonnête avec ma personne. |
