far from downtown but excelent and fast bus-subway connection easy to reach by car and parking
no free wifi
Convenient for my meeting Good value for money with current offer Lunch was good and inexpensive
TV never works correctly with the cable
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and comfy. Location is not bad. Even though it is not in the center, you can reach the center with tram, which is driving near by, or with car. The connection is very good and a lot of free parking places, which is very difficult to find in Milano. Breakfast was superb! Price, great!
- the system was not updated with Booking.com so did not have the room we requested, but upgraded us in 2'. - receptionists were efficient and informative - breakfast was good and varied (a bit too many sweets, not enough salty food) - quiet area
- toilet water kept flushing, had to remove control panel mask to adjust button - shower space had a glass window, not cabin and if water is pointed towards it, it floods the room, hence had to shower pointing at the wall - shower floor had spots of rust so wore slippers - the bathroom light switch was inexistent/connected wrongly in the room hence closed to door so we wouldn't see light - I would not open window if I come back, it's an industrial area and Milan is full of smog
1,The lock of room door can't work and the door can't be locked. 2,No slippers.
WI-FI speed was disaster Door oppening key was all the time out of function
It is dirty, clean lady is very impolite
The hotel is good overall.
Wifi is not free
It was clean
No Internet. No expert staff
veri good! i love Milan i love IDEA
The Hotel is pretty close to the metro station. The position is not in 'zona limitato' so one can reach it without paying a tax.
Very good conection to the city. Parking free.
Its unfair to be rated as 4star hotel not to mention that staff working there in general are unfriendly cannot ever see them smiling.
Everything was all fine only the staff was really bad
New design hotel
Only Italy power sockets and Internet at 512kbps (and is necessary make a payment)
Room was clean, breakfast was good
Wasn't really like a 4 star hotel, had to pay for wifi which didn't reach our room - they then gave it to us free of charge once we told them which was nice. about a 1 hour bus into the center which at times was extremely busy and annoying having a suitcase also.
Noisy air condition. Too soft bed. Bathroom in very bad condition.
The price, comparative to other hotels in Milan was unbeatable. The free breakfast was a nice addition and was fine. The bathtub was a nice thing to have after a long day of walking all around the city. Although, quite far from the centre, the buses run frequently and we never had a problem getting to where we were going.
room smelled bad, internet slow
Although I was told I wasn't supposed to be charged for my internet and it was explicit when it checked in, I was charged at check out and they simply swiped my credit card and told me that that was that. Knowing that my cab was coming, they pretended not to understand English. I felt ripped off.
Large room with big twin beds.
Too few parking spaces for cars
Luxury room for moderate price
Quite far from city center, if no car - nothing to look around but industrial area.
We have booked hotel for 3 nights, but we were moved to another hotel of the same chain for first night (San Siro). It was needed to drive there and we lost a lot of time by this move.
Good value for money during the Italian Grand Prix weekend. Approximately 30min walk to the metro station.
Decor was a little dated. Lifts temperamental. Other than that for the money I paid which was 240 for 4 nights it's hard to complain. Just don't think you'll be getting a 4 star hotel for 3 star money!
