Good services for a good price, good and tasty breakfast, comfortable spacious clean room, check-out at 12 o´clock.

Broken water taps in the bathroom (nr.302). Underground parking was closed and because we came later, we had to leave our car on the street.

The hotel had a good location for city trip, not in the downtown directly, but still with good connection to Bisceglia metro station and from there directly to down town. Taking in total about 30min. Nice pizzeria just across the street, for car drivers - there are few gas stations around hotel. The bed was very comfortable, which is most important by city trip. Good value for young couple - three nights stay with breakfast + city tax 177eur only

I would definitely not consider this hotel as a 4*, in compare to other 4* hotels I stayed in, this is for sure the worst one. Old facilities and equipment, although the reception and restaurant were rebuilt. The other parts of the building are a bit old modest. The staff is not really the friendliest, breakfast suitable, but I missed vegetables. Only two types of salami and one type of cheese, a bit poor for Italy. The housekeeping was also a bit left behind. The worst - We had reservation for round trip at San Siro stadium and we got such a bad advise of how to reach the stadium that we travel for 1,5hour more then was need, we reached the stadium still on time for a round trip, but it was a moment for anger.

Great hotel for travellers with a car. Free parking everywhere around hotel. Milan's centre is about 15-20 minutes on a bus. Good room. Nice breakfast.

No supermarket around. Far from Milan's centre.

Room was comfortable and bus stop into town just opposate hotel.

It is a but too far from the city centre for tourist whith minimum time to go on sight seeing.

The hotel is far away from 4*. Everything in room was broken and didn't worked (TV, lamp, air conditioner, bath plug, mirror and so on). Terrible noise from pipe in a wall annoyed all night. Mold in the bathroom!!! Thougt to stay for few days but left aftre one night.

Excellent front desk staff, Very clean rooms & very quiet hotel. Good value for money hotel.

the staff was friendly, and spoke very well english.. something that is very much necessary in a business hotel

The location is somewhat further away from the bigger transport hubs, and multiple means of transport is needed to reach the hotel

Service in the hotel was so ugly...all personal was disgusting and surly. Room service costs 7 euro, but they don't have menu in the number, so you should go to the restaurant to chose you food and you should pay to have it in the number:)

Location

We missed 1 out of 7 passports and the hotel forced us to look for a police station before they check us in. It took us 5 hours in 3 police stations to figure out that the entire excercice was not nesessary. The police said it was abusive from the hotel to ask for this.

pictured room on the internet did not match with real facilities it seam that part of the hotel has been renewed and I unfortunatelly stayed in the old part (no info before)

That hotel needs renovation badly.

price is little higher side compare to the facilities. for e.g. Internet connection should not have been additionaly charged separately (7 Euro for 24 hrs). This could have been managed within room charges itself.

Price was great, room was nice, warm and big. Breakfast was great.

Lady on the reception seemed bored and she answered questions the way you feelt sorry, you've asked. A man was much more frendly.

Not a 4 star hotel at all. The lobby (and maybe some rooms, I suspect) is newly reconstructed and quite nice, but the room itself was *horrible*. Interior was from (I would guess) beginning of 90's without any upkeep since it was new. The carpets were old and dirty, stains on the walls, damaged furniture, mold in the bathroom, ungluing bottoms of doorframes... Our room looked nothing like in the pictures. The window couldn't be opened and the air from AC was dry and too hot (we were there in the winter). Distance from the city centre and quite ugly surroundings is something we expected, but it's also a factor (it takes more than 30 minutes to Duomo by tram). During otherwise good breakfast, clean glasses ran out so we drank from plastic cups (not something I would mind that much, but in a 4 star hotel? Come on!) And on top of all this, they charge (in a so-called 4 star hotel, mind you), they charge you 7 EUR a day for a wi-fi! Also, take into account that the tax of 4 EUR/person/day is not included in the price. If they did some renewal of the rooms or if they were honest and stopped claiming it's a 4 star hotel, it would actually be quite a good place for reasonable money for people who don't mind living in outside of city centre, but in the current state it's really a shame.

Location

Room (& entire hotel) was in extremely bad condition. It looked like no maintenance had been done for 10 years. Strong smell of cigarette in non-smoking room, dirty bathroom, ... You really get an impression that the owners have minimized the maintenance cost to maximize the profit. Very short term thinking!
