Es wurde ein Zimmer mit King-Size Bett gebucht über booking .com uns wurde dann zuerst ein Zweibettzimmer angeboten. eine Frechheit! dann war kein Zimmer mit King-Size Bett mehr verfügbar und wir mussten uns mit einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett zufrieden geben. Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt. Im Bad lagen noch Haare auf dem Boden, genauso wie die Badewanne dort lagen ebenso Haare. Die Bettwäsche war zerrissen. Den Shuttle service würde ich keinem vom Flughafen aus empfehlen. Es gibt dafür ein Zeitplan wann dieser vom Flughafen zum Hotel fährt, wir haben dort 45 min gewartet und als ich dann beim Hotel nachgefragt habe wann dieser denn kommt sagte man uns das dieser bereits wieder am Hotel sei und das dieser auch nicht mehr fahren würde, da es die letzte Fahrt für diesen Abend war. dazu ist zu sagen das dieser Shuttle NICHT zum Flughafen gefahren ist, da wir ihn ja sonst gesehen hätten. Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreudig. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig als mit dem Taxi zu fahren. Eine pure Abzocke in Neapel. Der Taxifahrer hat das doppelte von uns verlangt was eigentlich üblich ist. eine 5 min Strecke ca. 5 km 25 € als ich an der Rezeption nachfragte was es normal kostet sagten Sie mir 10-15 € so viel dazu. Also Ich werde aufjedenfall dort niemals wieder übernachten. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist dieses aufjedenfall nicht.

The staff were rude, they charged me an extra £20 for the room. They had to change my room 3 times and they misplaced (stole) my electric toothbrush with charger and Iphone. They put me in a smoking room, the aircon did not work, I could not sleep and I had a terrible headache for the duration of my stay and the food was very poor. There was one single lady that was very nice and helpful and she was on the morning duty.

Location close to event

This hotel is outdated and not well maintained. The bathroom is dirty with moulds and yeasts in the bathtub. Everything needs to be paid expensive and you get low quality. Internet 10€ but so slow you cannot use, expensive breakfast but you get plastic cups, food choice is limited and without taste, coffee is disgusting from a machine that hardly work, ... One recommendation: stay away. This is not 4* it is not even 1* ...

I liked the location within walking distance from the Congress venue. I enjoyed the big (fortunately empty) sauna available to customers all day. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

Besides the proximity of the Hotel to my Congress venue, this area of the city is quite unattractive and at night tends to be desert. Breakfast is nothing special and the juices at the dispensing machine are just watered filth. The hotel's begins to show its age.

I choose this hotel as it was within walking distance from the conference venue. The room was of good size. There is a small spa with Finnish style sauna. A girl at the reception staff was very friendly and professional.

I liked the shuttle service, the shuttle drivers were friendly.

Holiday Inn was rated a four star hotel which is extremly generous for this hotel. You have to pay for Wifi after thirty minutes of free use, our bathroom shower/tub area had mold around the edges, the shower curtain smelled of must, TV stations were limited to two in English one of which never had signal, matresses we soft and sagging. I would never rate this hotel a four star, I believe that the people who rated this hotel a four star have a vested interest because this hotel is more like two and a half star hotel.

Excellent hotel and great on-premise parking. Friendly, polite and helpful staff.

The place where the hotel is located looks very isolated and dangerous during the day, not mentioning during the night; the only secure way to get to the hotel is by taxi, which best case scenario is 10 euros to the train station. This hotel has my personal award of having the priciest coca cola ever in Europe; 250 ml of coca cola for 5 euros, give me a break!! I did not drink it, I kept it as souvenir with the receipt.

Dovevo andare in tribunale la mattina seguente e l'albergo e' in fianco all'ingresso del tribunale, per cui la posizione era fantastica. La stanza e' grande ed il servizio in camera e' stato molto veloce, i piatti abbastanza buoni.

Hotel molto grande, quindi nonostante ci fossero parecchi ascensori, erano piuttosto lenti. La sala dove si fa la colazione e' piuttosto cupa e c'e' una gran confusione tra rumore di piatti e via vai di persone.

We had to wait for two hours for the shuttle at the airport. The hotel indicated this was outsourced and that they came only at the scheduled times. The room air conditioning was okay, not great. The only food service available when we checked in was at the bar. The menu was limited and not very good. The hotel is in a downtown business area, Though there were some areas that had been developed closeby, we would not have felt comfortable walking around outside very much.

I stayed here overnight with my husband as a brief stop on our way to Rome from Sorrento. The rooms are clean and a good size. The staff are also very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and certainly an "American" bed.

Our biggest complaint was the "air condition" which will maybe cool the room to 75 degrees Fahrenheit if that. There are three settings on the "AC" which are high, medium or low with a picture of a fan. You do not have any control over the temperature of your room. It was hot and difficult to sleep as both my husband I prefer that it is cooler at night. Also, be aware this is a business hotel. It is close to the airport and was about 20 euros by taxi one way. There are a few decent restaurants to choose from right next to the hotel during the day. However, all but one of the restaurants will close by 4pm. The hotel itself has a restaurant on the premise, but you will be paying 14 euros for a deli sandwich.

Location relatively close to the airport / good traffic situation. Free airport shuttle, although was only able to use it at departure as it didn't run frequent enough upon arrival. Staff was friendly and relatively efficient.

Too few elevators. Waited about 10min and at least 10 full loads to get from floor 10 to the reception. Had luggage so walking was no option. Even though no potable tap water, there is no complimentary water bottle and had to pay through the minibar! Also, the place feels a bit dated in every aspect except for the small lcd-tv.

Proxinity to the airport and availabity of pizza restaurant. Also a nice comfy bed and the labelled pillows abd a sensible fridge!

No tea or coffee making facilities

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte ...che dire ...mi è dispiaciuto andar via ! L'accoglienza alla reception di Mimmo non ha prezzo: gentilissimo professionale e di una simpatia travolgente! La Camera King non fumatori al 12 piano l'ho trovata perfetta: spaziosa pulita confortevole e silenziosa. Deliziosa la cena al ristorante dell'hotel allietata dalla professionalità cortesia e simpatia del maître Aldo. L'unica nota negativa forse è per il personale femminile della sala...splendide ragazze un po' imbronciate alle quali mi permetto un suggerimento: il sorriso è l'accessorio più bello che una donna possa indossare ... Tornerò sicuramente !

Il confort della camera , il silenzio ovatato.

L'albergo non è adatto per visite turistiche della città in quanto lontano dai luoghi interessanti e poco servito dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici. L'albergo è dotato di un ristorante che é utile quando non si vuole tornare in centro la sera ma ha dei prezzi altissimi in rapporto alla qualità del cibo ed inoltre i prezzi vengono addebitati sul conto generale senza un riscontro da parte dei clienti ( ci hanno addebitato un secondo ed invece abbiamo consumato una zuppa).
