NIce and comfortable, with a very good pizza place just outside of the hotel! Near the airport and easy to get there. But, make sure you ask your taxi driver first what the rate is to the airport! The front gives you the impression you are not in a nice place. But, the back is much better. |

I appreciated the fact that my business meeting was very close to the hotel. I also liked the total package included with the suite. The initial room given to us did not have air conditioning and was extremely warm. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The wireless internet did not work during my whole stay. The wired internet had it's bad moments also and would run very slow. |

I liked that it met my needs as far as being close to where I needed to go. I did not like the fact that I paid for a suite so that I could enjoy the extra ammenities and could not enjoy it. The internet did not work, wi-fi or cable, no explanations on how to get the movies without charge, etc. |

Part of the hotel's staff members is currently on strike. This results in many complications… e.g. not enough employees to clean the rooms (they just replace towels), not enough waitresses to clean tables at breakfast (sometimes you have to do that by yourselves)… We have booked double room with a king-size bed. Unfortunately have not got it… they were unable to clean it for us, etc. etc. |

The breakfasts are good and the public spaces are reasonably attractive pretty much everything, but that seems to be the case in Naples. I have stayed in Naples many times and this hotel is on par with most of the others in terms of service. |

We arrived at Naples Airport in the early evening and instead of picking up a hire car and driving into the dark we decided to stay overnight. A complimentary courtesy car took us to /from the hotel. The staff were charming and my request for a quite room was granted...22 floor. We had a superb dinner, sleep and breakfast. The following we picked up our car refreshed and ready to drive.Recommended No, best decision I have made for a long time. Will stay again |

Ruhige Lage, nahe an Bahnhof und Flugplatz, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,sehr gutes Frühstück. Isolierte Lage zum Zentrum,ungeeignet für Fussgänger, man ist auf Taxi angewiesen, verfallene Gegend,Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen,teilweise unsauber. |
