Great view from the top floors but overall, the rooms are old and not very clean. The location is far from the city center - you need a taxi to get there : € 10...and there is nothing around... barely a restaurant |

the location was easy for a trip to the bay or to the station and airport cleanliness,carpet stains ,grubby wallpaper and horrible odour possibly from the air con. basic facilites and really overpriced especially food and drink. |

Buffet breakfast was very good value for money. Car parking on site was essential and well organised with helpful car parking staff. The evening buffet was over priced and of poor quality; the pasta dishes were overcooked, dry and unappetising. We both had stomach upsets after the meal. |

The outside of the hotel looks like a 3rd world country. They advertise airport shuttle but it is extremely limited, only one trip before 9am. The same with the shuttle to town. I would never ever go back to Naples (Napoli) |

The foyer area of the hotel and the meal areas were modern and recently refurbished. Reception staff were helpful. We found the carpet in the foyer area and in the hall on our floor to be badly stained. The windows were not clean. Our room furnishings were tired. The breakfast buffet was bland and had milk that was slightly sour. |

NIce and comfortable, with a very good pizza place just outside of the hotel! Near the airport and easy to get there. But, make sure you ask your taxi driver first what the rate is to the airport! The front gives you the impression you are not in a nice place. But, the back is much better. |

I appreciated the fact that my business meeting was very close to the hotel. I also liked the total package included with the suite. The initial room given to us did not have air conditioning and was extremely warm. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The wireless internet did not work during my whole stay. The wired internet had it's bad moments also and would run very slow. |

I liked that it met my needs as far as being close to where I needed to go. I did not like the fact that I paid for a suite so that I could enjoy the extra ammenities and could not enjoy it. The internet did not work, wi-fi or cable, no explanations on how to get the movies without charge, etc. |

Part of the hotel's staff members is currently on strike. This results in many complications… e.g. not enough employees to clean the rooms (they just replace towels), not enough waitresses to clean tables at breakfast (sometimes you have to do that by yourselves)… We have booked double room with a king-size bed. Unfortunately have not got it… they were unable to clean it for us, etc. etc. |
