Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, a 5 minute walk from Naples Central Train Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace.
Score from 969 reviews Very good
The Royal Continental is right on Naples' seafront promenade, in a quiet neighborhood. It features a stunning rooftop pool, with panoramic views out over the Bay of Naples and Castel dell'Ovo.

The hotel was actually much nicer than we expected, very clean and comfortable with good breakfast.
It was a bit far from the station, but there is a shuttle bus. Naples wasn't as dirty as we heard, and the area of the hotel was okay, although there were nothing interesting in the area.
Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful during our one night stay in Naples.
The suite was perfect
extremely long wait for the elevators dinner was terrible
Location if you work in Centro Direzionale.
Unusable wifi. Too slow, you get disconnected often. Unadmisable in a business hotel
The Hotel is modern, very clean and comfortable. Requested and additional night on the morning of departure and the staff were very helpful. Couple of cafes and restaurants in the same complex.
The area around the hotel is in the main very run down, large modern complex is ok but the rest is not so good. Shuttle bus does leave in time for early flights.
Good place to visit the only downside was it was a bank holiday and it was a quiet area but other than that excellent hotel nice location close to the airport and allot of attractions close by
Their was a slight bit of uncomfort when another guest was close to being mugged but the people are helpful . Wifi service at holiday inn was poor in our room
Very nice hotel. Was concerned due to other reviews, however we had a very nice, comfortable bed and bath and very clean room. Coffee and pastries set up for guests at 4:30 a.m.
Easy access from airport. Every 30 mins they will provide a airport shuttle.
-Restaurant -Wifi -Room service
-Front desk customer service. -Quality of food -Showers -Air conditioning
The rooms were clean and spacious with good facilities. There is a choice of places to eat within the hotel. We used the garage parking which was very handy for check in and easy to use. Wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast Very close to the airport.
Despite having booked 10 months in advance we did not get the non smoking room we asked for and so the room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Having travelled for some time and arrived late in the evening we decided to put up with it as it was only a one night stay and we had an early morning flight.
Comfortable and convenient for the airport. Efficient and friendly staff. Good shuttle service - pity it didn't run to airport on Sunday.
Walking out of the front door! The area was not conducive to walking anywhere - a pity it is caught in the middle of re-development.
Nothing was any trouble, no stress.
Reception was very busy, but I guess everyone wants to stay there !
I liked the shuttle availability to pick me up from airport and then also take me to the center of Naples at no extra cost. The driver was excellent and gave recommendations.
There was nothing glaring wrong actually . It's in a business area but the shuttle helps get you other places.
We enjoyed the entire experience. The restaurant inside the hotel is excellent: wonderful service and great food.
Staff very friendly Hotel is clean every thing is NEW. Standard of facilities in the room for the money paid is exceptional compared with other hotels. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice
Location not the best for walking to town or airport. Lifts are inadiquate at peak times
Their restaurant needs to stay open more hours for weary travelers.
We had an early morning flight so the hotel was perfect for the last night of out holiday. The airport is only 10 minutes away and the taxi arranged by the hotel only cost 20 Euros ( cheap in comparison ). We had our evening meal at the hotel, very nice.
Lifts refused to stop at our floor. We took the service lift. No worries.
Nice hotel. Good location, it's not in the center but it's near from most interesting things. You can take a taxi and don't expend a lot because the hotel is near of many places. The bedroom is good, the bed is comfortable and the size of room is good too.
The shower dosn't work weel, it's weak. The bathtub drain was clogged. And the worse was the dust. It has a lot of dust and i'm alergic so it was a problem.
The outdoor swimming-pool was great. It could do with some more chairs, but that was OK. When going to town: order a taxi from the hotel; call the same company travelling back. The company the hotel uses is trustworthy, others tried to rip me off.
The hotel-bar does not have a list of things they have....you need to stand at the bar look at the bottles and decide which cocktail you fancy. When we sit in a hotel bar, we look at the list of available drinks and try something based on the ingredients: we don't dictate the ingredients in our cocktail. The spa forbid nudity...I hate being in the sauna/hamman with swimming trunks on! Naples really felt unsafe at all times. We noticed being followed by a group of three men, probably waiting to snatch our camera. Watch out !
The hotel is in an area that makes it convenient for the airport, but not so for the city area.
The food in the bar area was very poor, we ordered some food at 5pm, the pasta dish was dry and had been microwaved. the fish dish had greasy cold fired pieces of potato and the pizza dish was dry and chewy, all in all it was the worst food we'd had all trip and it was expensive.
Needs better shuttle service to compensate location
All standard holiday inn facilities really. Good view from 16th floor
No tea and coffee in standard room. Location strange but probably good for those on business
Area around hotel.
The room was clean with comfy beds.
On arrival at naples via the train from sorrento, we were greeted by mayhem, but that's ok because our hotel do a shuttle! Well that's what they call it, a bus which occasionally picks up it's customers (maximum of 8 and you can't book) at random times! We paid €10 to get a taxi to the hotel. Phew! It was clean and cool! When checking in we inquired about how to get to the airport- as they claim to be close- and are informed that the shuttle starts running at 9am (helpful when you have a 7am flight) and you can't book a taxi for the next day! We are then warned about where not to go (basically anywhere out of the CBD) and it's advisable to get a taxi to and from the hotel! My irritation comes from this. I booked this hotel because it ha a shuttle bus AND because it pitches itself as somewhere close to the hotel....well it ISNT it's in the middle of nowhere with limited food choices. Don't stay here if A) you think it's going to be handy for airport or B) you want to be able to get to and from naples centre easily.
