Located near the sea, and close to the culturally famous city of Bari, the hotel offers the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, whilst enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

Surrounded by tall trees, the residence not only offers privacy, but also picturesque views, which you can enjoy from the apartment terraces or the bar.

Due to the rural location of the apartments, the owner suggests that you have access to a car during your stay.

Hotel information

The property offers various facilities such as self-catering apartments, mini-golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, open-air dance floor, reading room, meeting room, television room, a chapel and gazebos.

The farm produces it's own wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, as well as their own breeds pigs and chickens.
The hotel sells it's own products including wine, olive oil, jams and hand-made liqueur.

Food & beverage

The restaurant prepares traditional, freshly food cooked meals by the owner’s wife. It is open from 12:30 - 14:00 and 19:30 - 21:00 each day.

The bar is open from 07:30 - 22:30 each day.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 - 10:00.
Lunch is served from 12:30 - 14:00.
Dinner is served from 19:30 - 21:00.

The cost of meals is between EUR 12.50 - 17.50.
Breakfast is free of charge if taken in the bar or EUR 4.00 if taken in the restaurant.

From September 2008, the restaurant will be closed. The hotel will guarantee only the breakfast service.

Anyway, guests can choose to dine in some restaurants in agreement with the hotel, in the near town centre of Casamassima

Room information

The Residence has 12 apartments for 2, 3 or 4 beds, one with disabled facilities. These apartments have been made from 2 renovated 17th century buildings.

Each of the apartments has 2 rooms, a private terrace and a private bathroom and come fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, safety-deposit box, 2 TVs and a dining table.

Guests can choose whether to place the third and fourth beds in the same or different rooms.

Area information

Situated 210 metres above sea level, the hotel is close to Bari (18 km) and just a few minutes from Turi, famous for their delicious cherries. Alberobello and Castellana Grotte are also found nearby (25 minutes and 15 minutes respectively).

The Trade Centre is also located nearby, making it ideal for business travelers.

The help of the owner Miguel who helped solve some problems we encountered during our stay, he really went to the wall to help resolve these issues. Also it proved to be relaxing and convenient place to stay, Miguel was very helpful in providing us with as much information about the tourist attractions in the area and alerting us to various festivals and the besty way to travel there.

Koselig sted. Hotelleier svært hjelpsom. Skulle ønske vi kunne vært der noen dager lenger.
