The property offers various facilities including mini-golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, open-air dance floor, reading room, meeting room, television room, a chapel and gazebos. Use of certain facilities comes at extra costs in August.

The property's farm produces it's own wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, and breeds pigs and chickens. Holiday Residence sells it's own products including wine, olive oil, jams and homemade liqueur.

Due to the rural location of the apartments, the owner suggests that you have access to a car during your stay.

Area information

Situated 210 metres above sea level, the hotel is close to Bari (18 km) and just a few minutes from the area of Turi, famous for producing delicious cherries.

Alberobello and the Castellana Grottoes are also nearby (25 minutes and 15 minutes respectively).

The Trade Centre is also located nearby, making it ideal for business travellers.

Important information

An extra charge of EUR 26.00 per apartment is due for final cleaning and gas consumption.

Please note that during August you will be charged a small additional fee (approximately EUR 12.00 for adults and less for children) to use Holiday Residence’s sport facilities (e.g. pool, tennis, etc). For the rest of the year these facilities are available free of charge.
