Me and my husband we spent 2 nights in this B&B. It is actually a flat with several bedrooms (I think 3-4), a kitchen and a bathroom for bedrooms without their proper bath. Whole apartment is non-smoking, so you have to go down 3 floors if you want to smoke (the elevator didn't work). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old 4-floor building in Chinese part of the zone, only 8 minutes walk from Termini station. The area looks worse as it really is and we didn't feel unsafe at all, also in the night, when we returned back. Just around the corner (1 minute), there is a metro station (line A, station Vittorio Emanuele) Although I haven't seen a supermarket I believe there is one very close. There is a number of fast food restaurants and trattorias (I highly recommend Trattoria Vecchia Roma in Via Ferruccio, however you either have to make a reservation or come when they open, otherwise you won't get a table). As we flew into Rome early in the morning and the check-in starts at 1pm, we were really glad to be able to leave our luggage in the aparment already in the morning. Paolo gave us the keys, so we were able to come back late in the night without bothering anybody to open the door for us. We went for the option of a double room with a private bathroom, both the room and the bathroom were clean, the latter equiped with shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, towels. There was a flat TV in the bedroom with almost 100 channels, however all in Italian, therefore we didn't use it at all. There is a free wifi in the apartment and it worked well. During the night, I woke up several times due to the bell ringing and the noise in the hall (the walls are really thin). The breakfast was served from 8.00-10.00am in a small kitchen. I was expecting to be able to prepare everything by myself, however Paolo was there all the time there preparing the breakfast for us.
very nice hostel, very clean, and with a great location near the main city station. The staff was very friendly, Overall I give 10/10, very nice. Hotel muito bom pelo preço que foi. Muito limpo, e com um grande localização, a 10 min da estação principal de roma.
No negative points
Mario was wery nice, helpfull, room realy clean, every day neatly made bed. Breakfest was very good. Toast, croissant , coffee, juice. For the price, the best.
wifi poor, and the location is not realy good, but close to the center of rome.
Close to the railway station and a metro station, close to good places to eat. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Clean Bathroom. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out in the morning to pick it up in the evening.
800 m from the Colosseum 200 m from Termini train station Free breakfast - consisting of pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches, coffee and juice
Owner's family lives in the facilities, and sounds of crying baby was easily heard WiFi was slow It is located in a "Chinatown" like area in Rome, and takes away from the authentic Italian feel
Excellent breakfast with sandwiches, toasties, coissants, danishes, juice and cafe-quality coffee! Friendly host.
Felt like it wasn't the safest walking back to hotel at night, however it was a convenient location.
Mario. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with, even though we arrived really late at night.
Hotel is a little hard to find - there is no large sign outside - we had to look at the buzzers on the door to find it.
Location, comfortable bed
There were no sighn near to accomodation. Hard to find first time. We came at 20:00, tried to reach calling to door again and again during 15minutes. Fortunately women entered and we used open door. On the flour nobody opened us as well. We wrote that owner is out, and went to upper flour. Owners friend had given us keys. We stayed to nights nobody cleaned it and didnt give us new towels.
The location, rooms (especially the bathroom) were really clean.
Breakfast was poor - I am a vegan though.
Conveniently located, 5-10 walk from termini. Mario was a good host, the place was really nice, spacious and clean.
Nothing really apart from no good restaurants nearby.
Liked the location, everything as described, room was clean and breakfast more than enough, considering you are in italy
Very clean place despite having a shared bathroom (we shared two bathrooms with one other room), the morning breakfast is simple but sufficient and they have breakfast cereal (kind of stale) out for the rest of the day if you miss it. They couple that rents it out were very nice and accommodating. We went for one night, went to a hostel for a night, and came back because it was a great deal for what we got! Little flat screen tv and provides shampoo and soap.
Location is close to the street so it is loud in the mornings and a bit at night. Checking it, the owner wasn't there initially and we ended up waiting about an hour for him to contact us back. Hard to find.
Mario is a very nice person, always willing to help. Good suggestions aswell. Room was very clean! We had a very nice stay at Holiday Sunny Roma. Thank you, Mario! Regards, Tim and Maria
the owner is really freindly and nice ... give some useful informaiton for traveling and eating ... really nice :)
Location was good and owner Mario was very nice. Room was clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was reasonable considering it is small hotel and kitchen was available for use. The internet worked fine.
Shower had little water pressure and the temperature was inconsistent. Our room opened to a noisy street, some other rooms did not, we were so tired from sightseeing that we slept through the noise.
Excellent location in the centre, very nice and helpful owner, clean and comfortable room with the toilet and the bathroom.
Clean Quite, for sleeping Convineant location Close to metro Close to shopping areas
Our reservation was not well recorded in spite of Booking confirmation. Not clear what happened. They found a solution in an other building but not pleasant
The B&B is quite near the Rome Termini station although at first I spent some time finding it when I arrived in the evening. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Colosseum and there is a metro station near the hotel. The host is nice and told us how to get the main tourist attractions. Since the host is Chinese, it is quite convenient for me to talk with him.The breakfast is good, with milk, sandwich and different kinds of croissant.
The room is towards the road and it is too noisy. I didn't sleep well. There is no obvious sign for the B&B, so it is quite difficult to find it in the evening.
- Good wifi - spacious room & washrooms - continental breakfast included - less than 10 minute walk to train station
Mario was nice and out going. The room was clean and quite. Even though we had to share a bathroom it wasn't a problem. The kitchen was also great. There's a coffee machine that can be used for free. The breakfast was also ok.
The b&b is close to the Termini station. That's all good but the bother is that the street is not so nice. Still worths the price..once you get inside.
Staff, beds, breakfast
Cozy B&B hostel near railway station. Our room was clean and pretty. Bathrooms were clean and had all we need. It was a lovely breakfast in the morning.
Noise on the street.
The owner was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and the location is good, right near termini and you can walk to the colosseum and roman forum etc. also the wifi was really fast which was good
